nice easy to find services. courtyard and zen walk to areas was super nice. very nice staff and very helpful! it was a more adult facility and enjoyed that focus. the 24 hour work out area was nice. wish’s the other work out area was open 24/7

I was two rooms away from elevators and they could be heard through ear plugs and noise cancelling at night.

The room was near the elevator and was very large and comfortable with both air conditioning and a multi-speed ceiling fan. The room had free WiFi, a desk, a table with two comfortable chairs, a large low boy dresser topped with a large flat screen TV that can connect to a gaming console, a small separate area with a coffee maker and a quiet refrigerator, and a walk in closet with a safe, iron, ironing board and robes. The bed was one of the most comfortable king sized beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was huge, bigger than some motel rooms I've stayed in. There was a large well appointed spa type shower with a seat as well as a spa bathtub in the bathroom. The room also had a large well shaded balcony; well shaded is important in Las Vegas. The resort has an attached casino and several restaurants, including a coffee shop, with large servings of very good food, that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel has a complex set of pools with various functions like wading, swimming, sunbathing in lounges around the pool, in pool bar, etc. There are also resort activities like horse riding, biking, hiking, and golf putting greens. There was free valet parking at the hotel lobby, although you should tip the valets, and also I was able to self park in the resort parking garage for free. I had a very nice although short stay and felt well taken care of.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the hotel is a great escape from the craziness of the strip! I love all the green from the landscape and the water displays. Looking at the grounds online does not do it justice!

I wish they had vending machine with snacks or a market on the grounds, my honey has type 1 diabetes and needed sugar the first night. I had emergency snacks but those weren't enough and the soda machine wasn't working on my floor had to run up to the next floor. The opportunity to get something close by can be a life saver for someone like him. Just my opinion not saying this to be negative rather to maybe help someone else that needs the option. I would of been nice for the room to have a microwave.

I really appreciate the valet they are all very nice and informative it was really hot around the time frame that I was out there and they were hustling and bustling. They held great conversations and have positive attitudes. The grounds are beautiful, to have a evening walk with your family, just enjoying all the little bunnies running around and koi fish. I have booked this location twice already. I will be coming back.

I was comped for breakfast the first stay that I had with this location and unfortunately with the second booking that I had for Father's Day, that was not available to me when I booked the room for some reason? I really appreciate that the hotel attendance did honor my previous compensation and they added that to the room for me. Thank you very much, my husband and kids were very happy!

Everything. Fancy hotel for me, but worth the extra money. I treated myself to a massage with Louise. It was heaven. This therapist was one of the best as I worked as a massage therapist for quite a few years. Louise was respectful of my privacy, friendly, professional. Her demeanor was delightful and it was a top drawer experience.

They should have airport transportation as it was a $100.00 taxi ride, for me, including tip. Also, the toilet tissue in the suites is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even the Casino had better and softer toilet tissue. Being a woman, the last thing you want or need is tissue stuck all over your lady bits!

Everything was good, except that both the pool and large fitness center were closed and that was not clear when we made the reservations. Nonetheless, the resort fee was charged in full. Also, if you are not interested in the casino but really would like to experience staying at the JW, then ask to stay at the Palm Tower. Lastly, the location is very convenient, so overall, it was fun to spend a few days at the JW :)

Despite the bed sheets being clean, they seemed old and did not properly fit the queen size beds we had in our room. The bath towels were also very clean, but old as well. For the cost of our stay, if you are not interested in the casino, this hotel was far too expensive for what it had to offer.

Pool was amazing but we had bad weather and my Sister got hurt at the pool with a Large umbrella the flew into her back hitting her pretty hard we notified the staff and no one seemed to care. The accident took place this past Saturday around 4:30 pm near the pool that has the waterfall.

we didn't like attitude of one the employees at the check-in desk!! Unfortunately the employee that help us with our check-in process had no customer service experience at all she made us feel very unwelcomed.

My room was different from the one listed here, because I requested a low floor and was roomed on the entry floor of the Palms business convention building. Two very comfortable Queen beds (I tried them both). Spacious room with walk in closet, big bathroom with a separate toilet area and a separate Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, and patio with a view of a waterfall. Lots of lights and lamps. Room kept at a perfect temperature. A little fan noise from the walk-in closet but muffled when closet door is closed. Large screen TV, a few chairs, desks and small tables including on the patio. Water urn, coffee pods, sugar, no-sugar sweetener and creamer samples. Efficient laundry service (costs extra). $20 resort shopping credit at the resort that is good for spa products. A few casino credits that I didn't use. Staff was courteous and helpful. The spa, with separate women's and men's areas, was run professionally and with competent and friendly staff.

So far off the strip that Uber drivers joked about it, not the most convenient location but within walking distance of a friendly synagogue I wanted to walk to Bet Yossef community center (Orthodox). Resort has three different entrances, driving directions to each not that clear. Uber comes to Entrance 2 (Palms building) when you request that entrance, but when you order an Uber to go back to the resort, Entrance 2 doesn't appear as an option and it's complicated to find.

The hotel was stunning and was very clean. Our room was also beautiful and better than what we expected and it had a jetted tub. The staff was very accommodating. They brought us extra waters at no charge and gave us a late check out. It is more on the expensive side but after staying, I can see why it’s priced higher than others.

Our soap holder in the shower was broken.

We only had one place to eat and it apparently was understaffed That was the only sit down place to meet for breakfast

Eliminate more of the smoking I was tired of walking through the casino to get to my room from the main entrance and stinking of smoke by the time I got to my room and it doesn’t help that I have asthma
