Loved the Stay, close to every thing. Just a nice quiet place. Our New Fav spot now when we go to Vegas.

Watch out doing it 3rd party because they don't supply pots pans u have to pay for it. They don't clean ur room every day or empty ur trash till u leave or else u have to pay for services. That's the only thing we didn't like.

Location was great

Booked two rooms and they were on separate floors. Hotel didn't want 5 people in a Jr suite and having my family on two separate floors was disappointing. I booked my rooms a month in advance. They also couldn't locate my second room, took a while to figure it out.

value more money, bigger then expected and comfort level was like superb. Big jacuzzi for two is a bonus after a long day walk in Vegas Quite area and feel safe even though we walk back at 2AM

A bit far from the Strip, not too easy to find foods especially at midnight UBER couldn't locate Tower 2 (where I was staying ), so every time have to walk to Tower 1 for it

The size of the room was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The bed was quite comfortable and the "en suite" was large and accommodating. Generally, I liked the convenience of the MGM to that end of the strip with bridges to New York New York and the Tropicana, so crossing the street was rather easy.

This was advertised as a suite with kitchen, etc. I did not expect food, etc., however, it was extremely disappointing to find not one dish or glass in the suite. That made ordering takeout or buying and bringing in food ludicrous. The kitchen, then, was basically useless for us and we were not going to purchase paper products for ourselves and leave them. The toilet paper was like rice paper..very thin and not efficient. It might also be made clearer what a long walk it is between The Signature and the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.

because I went through Booking.com I was told I had to call them not the hotel for everything and if I wanted towels I had to pay $45 smh ridiculous. had no idea things would be difficult because it wasn’t a reservation through the hotel but through Booking.com. customer service wasn’t available till last minute. made my birthday frustrating…

The parking was quite inconvenient. My husband had to drop us off. Then go park in a completely separate area and walk back to our tower. It wasn't a short walk.

IWas an awful business arrangement between the Signature and the LSI management company...spent 4 hours to get a 1 day extension..they got to get their business connection set up through the front desk..not sending pictures of your credit card through email..was absurd..I already paid for the place upfront with the card..and used the same card at the front desk checking in for the cleaning deposit...was truly the worst business transaction in my life...I blame LSI mostly..but Signature should wake up and fix it. Other than that I loved the place and the people.

I am a big fan of The Signature staying for years whenever I come to Vegas. one of the few places without a Casino but with balconies overlooking the city. bath tub is incredible

they cut off on many amenities- mostly because of the pandemic. housekeeping is now charged, fresh towels as well and also kitchen equipment. these things were complimentary in the past. sad to see a beautiful kitchenette with not even a glass in it

I like the convenience of the location to the strip and for rideshare

I didn’t like that the front desk was t able to help me, and I had to result to making a phone call for my services . Staff wasn’t too accommodating. Also, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The carpet need to be cleaned and wasn’t vacuumed. Under the bed and couch need to be vacuumed. The bathroom Fossetts were leaky and the drainage was extremely slow. I had to call up maintenance to unclog drains. Also the water temperature on the left sink was cold and not hot. I may not have read completely but I didn’t realize there were so many charges for different request as far as housekeeping. Upon my arrival, the bathroom had hair on the floor and dust and hair in the corners of the toilet facility.
