Room was beautiful and clean. The security of the elevators was a benefit (scanning key for the floor). Lots of food choices in the area.

We did not like the extra resort fee added at the end of our stay. Parking is not free for hotel guests either. Trying to figure out how to get around was convoluted and tricky. we had a hard time finding what we were looking for.

Everything was clean and easy to access

Uber pick up location was not okay. Uber drivers were only allowed to pick us up from tower 1 when we were at tower 3. Extremely inconvenient.

Relatively quiet & peaceful yet only ~1 block from “The Strip”; spacious room with lots of windows; no casino activity in the building (tho easy to walk over to MGM Grand casino if one is interested). MGM Signature is 1-2 blocks off the Las Vegas Strip, & access to the grounds & building is limited if one is not staying there. Our suite had a kitchen area & an open concept living room (w sofa bed) & dining area & TWO full bathrooms in addition to a large master bedroom. I’ve stayed in hotel rooms that were smaller than the master bathroom in our suite - LOL.

I didn’t like being charged a “resort fee” on top of the rental cost & taxes even tho we didn’t use any of the facilities on this trip, but that is par for the course here (maybe everywhere). Only minimal toiletries were provided & the soap smelled odd, as if it was going rancid. Also although the suite had the kitchen, no dishes or cutlery or things to clean dishes were provided. Not a problem per se on this trip since we were staying just one night. I think perhaps one needs to request these things upon arrival.

The hotel was lovely. It had a really cosy room and bed. It was very clean and the staff were very attentive, especially the cleaning and receptionists. The kitchenette was very handy in the room. We had a balcony and got an unreal strip view at no extra cost. It was a very spacious room, with lots of storage space.. We had a huge bathroom, with a jacuzzzi too and the double sinks and toilet in a seperate area was very handy. The hotel had lots of pools and outdoor areas. There was great facilities throughout the Mgm. There was a nice cafe for breakfast. Access to the lazy river at the Mgm pool was great. Had a great stay here.

A lot of walking to exit the property. The sarbucks closed a lot. The hotel.tuck shop was hugely overpriced- over 8 dollars for a bottle of water. There was no tea, only coffee in the room.

Exceptional service from booking to check-in, the staff was incredibly attentive. My room was very clean and smelled amazing, with comfy beds, nice views, and clean bathrooms. We needed extra towels and got them right away. You could stay at this hotel and never have to leave, it is connected to the MGM via covered walkway access, tons of restaurants and shows, and everything you need. I haven't been to Vegas in over 15 years, so I was pleasantly surprised by just how much this hotel had to offer. Amazing, prices are high but reasonable for Vegas. Easy Uber/Lyft pickups if needed, and again attentive staff all throughout the property. Highly recommend staying here.

The Chicken strip restaurant was horrible

close to the strip, efficient check in, whirlpool bath, balcony and kitchen facilities.

the swimming pool wasn’t open at our tower during our stay, disappointing to have a pool at each tower it only open one out of three on certain days. this wasn’t obvious either, we kept seeing confused people asking. we also couldn’t find our way out of the hotel to the strip on our first night. we understand that it’s the point of casino hotels to keep people in, but better signposting would be better. we needed groceries and we arrived late - so this was frustrating. silly things- but it’s an extremely large hotel chain, could easily be improved I’m sure. like a bottle of water for free when you arrive…

This was a great room. It was big, clean and very comfortable. It is a bit off the strip but there is a perfect walkway to MGM Grand and to the strip which makes it super easy. Also, you have the monorail in the MGM Grand which I highly recommend using to get from one end of the strip to the other. Staff were amazing and it was very clean and secure.

Sounds silly but the shampoo/conditioner were super stinky perfume scent. We could have used actual glasses in the room but we did call and they brought us two wine glasses and a bottle opener.

Staff were friendly and I got an upgrade as my room wasn't ready when I showed up. Ok gym and Valet worked without issues. Towers have plenty of elevators, so no need to wait.

To get food, you need to go through tunnels to food court in the MGM grand Casino. And they were pretty horrifying places. Do not visit those places... No complimentary water. Should you want one of bottles left on the table in your room, that's 9 dollars. Well, this is Vegas after all... Also my room had buzzing sound when you turned some of the lights on. Not a biggie, but should be fixed within this price bracket.
