Perfect location for accessing the strip. The Park MGM/NoMad has a quieter feel than some of the other hotels on the strip. The free tram between Park MGM and Bellagio is a great perk for this hotel. Greeted on arrival by friendly and welcoming staff. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out and had everything we needed, toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Quiet/no disturbances while in the room. Would definitely stay again if returning to Vegas

It’s a shame the NoMad pool is only open on weekends. It’s advertised as having its own pool, yet doesn’t open in the week. Park MGM pools are available for use instead but would have liked the experience of using the NoMad pool. A mini fridge to store drinks would be nice (mini bar fridge is sensor operated so not an option)

The girl who checked us in - I believe her name was Julia - went above and beyond for us. We arrived early and she let us know that she would call or email us as soon as we could check in. They were out of regular rooms with a king-size bed (which was what I booked) so she had given us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with two queen beds. We went to the lobby bathroom to freshen up and when we got back to her to drop off our bags, she gave us a complimentary food voucher out of nowhere. It was a very nice gesture and a huge help when we went to get lunch. The room itself was huge and lovely. The shower was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was great. The guy who checked us out, as well as the bellhop who helped us on our way out, were very friendly and helpful as well. There was a bit of noise in the afternoon, but the room was completely quiet from the evening well into the morning.

It would have been very helpful (and standard) for there to have been a mini-fridge for our leftovers and such (the minibar one had a sensor auto-charge system going on). The "resort fee" is one of those silly things that you'll only find in Vegas. Besides the WiFi (which in most other non-Vegas hotels is included in the price of the room), we didn't have time to use any of the things included in it, so we didn't love having to pay it.

Not as heavy foot traffic as other hotels(Bellagio), tailored vibe.

Wish there were more breakfast options

From the lobby to the room, the decor was elegant and curated. The location feels intimate even if we're in the middle of the MGM building. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We'd definitely return the next time we visit Las Vegas!

We love everything

The room! Great decor. Did not feel like I was in Vegas. Booked it during a flight cancellation and was looking for a place to relax. Loved my giant bathtub and the Moroccan oil amenities. A robe and slippers do the trick! Fabulous bedding. Sumptuous experience. Dog friendly! And near a place for pets to pee

The front desk and service could use some fine tuning. For the price, at the time during My limited stay, no one was available to help with luggage and person at front desk was not knowledgeable about the area. I have medication and the fridge was only for sale items. If you moved anything, you got charged. Would have liked a small fridge space in a suite. They said they had a pool, but it wasn’t open Their Library restaurant is highly overrated. Disappointing dining experience. Average food. Was surrounded by conventioneers in shorts and baseball hats. Upscale dining? ;(

Very quiet haven of tranquility within the Park MGM so with access to all the facilities on offer at the major hotel. Eataly area was fantastic with superb bars, food, coffee etc all based on the Italy theme. Juniper lounge and Bavettes very good although pricey and great to have 24hr food availability at Side Betty's (although variable quality). Pool is fantastic and is separate from the busy MGM pool being reserved for NoMad guests only. Rooms well appointed - we really liked the hardwood floor and rug which gave an air of quality - a little limited for storage space. Access to the MGM tram which linked to the Aria and Bellagio/Caesars was brilliant.

NoMad pool is only open Fri-Sun which is not really publicised anywhere so make plans accordingly or you will only be able to use the much busier MGM pool. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room which is unusual for USA (and poor as this should be on offer). Fast food at Side Betty was great during the day but poor late at night when they reheated previously cooked food so it was massively overdone.

The service in general was great including room service (although doesn't go very late). The hotel and rooms have nice styling and the rooms are large and laid out really well. I love that it's non-smoking, including the Nomad casino and great to have a few exclusive 'Nomad' areas around the hotel.

The facilities let the hotel down. Room service ends at 10 pm and the pool was closed, although you could use the MGM pool, which had a nice vibe, but it was busy, so it was hard to find loungers and the bar staff were not manning one of the bars sufficiently. The room had a bit of a smell and the shower had zero pressure, which are the only things preventing us from returning.
