The Manager on duty - Amber is a wonderful lady, very amicable and positive person. She sets the right precedence for the hotel. The check in is seamless. The hotel is comfortable and overall makes for a very relaxing stay.

The fact that it is far from the Vegas Strip, so be prepared to spend a $100 in cabs per day. The public transport doesn’t offer direct connections to the center. The breakfast is quite average and can be elevated with some croissants and vegetarian options. Additionally housekeeping didn’t clean my room even though i wasn’t in the room and expected it to happen. Minor issues but worth considering for your trip.

Breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection each day.

We had to stay in an ADA compliant room which we did not reserve. We were told there were no other rooms ready even though we had arrived during our planned arrival window. We needed an additional roll away bed which took us several hours to get after we arrived. We had to ask for the bed twice.

the staff was very nice and accommodating

they only clean your room once a week. breakfast wasn’t accommodating for non meat eaters or non pork eaters. pork was served 5 out of 7 days. I’ve been to other hotels where you have a choice on turkey or pork meats daily. The coffee was always empty. I would suggest 2 carafes of regular Coffee since that goes faster.

Safe neighborhood Convenient location to restaurant, stores Front desk agent Simon was friendly, and accomodating with our needs. Nice layout of rooms with the room privacy, and full kitchen a plus. Great wifi.

Sofa bed was not comfortable, mattress worn down and thin. No blankets. Only sheets. Lots of dog poop, no poop bags, trash full No signs to alert people to pick up their dog poop Same breakfast for several days, no variety, no bananas

The only think that I was disappointed in, and this is industry wide. I could have stayed a week earlier for less than half the price, but the rates were raised due to NASCAR weekend. Seriously?????? We still spend our money, only nothing extra because it all goes to motel. So we were there for a wedding, I would have shopped, and we would have utilized more restaurants, but could only afford to stay and we brought most of our own food. To be fair, your rates were reasonable compared to the other exceedingly high rates of other comparable locations.

Wow very friendly and accommodating. Called in for early check in and when I arrived at the property they had a room for me. The front desk staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for my needs. Gave my dogs bones and there was fresh water for them and me. The suite was well appointed. Very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect. Even a cooktop. Great location near grocery, banks and shopping. There is food and drinks for purchase in lobby. I will be staying here again and telling everyone I know who is traveling to Las Vegas area with pets, alone or family and friends that this is where they should stay.

I wouldn't recommend paying cash just card. you pay at check out time witch is fine but whatever card u leave on file will be charged the same amount and you can't use that money and it will be returned when you check out.

The lady at the front desk was new but did very well to answer all of our questions. She did a great job

Booked months in advance but still couldn't get a ground floor room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all but the other beds were fine

Great location and very friendly staff. They helped with any request we had. I will stay there again. I appreciate that they're pet friendly.

From what the kids tell me the sofa bed is not that comfortable.

I request a king bed with pullout couch but there was not pull out couch. I did not request a room change cause one member of my visit could not make it.
