Room was spacious for a small family with one, maybe two children. Building is warm inside and aparently well insulated, heater kicked in rarely although it was -12C outside. Soundproofing is good, we didn't hear neighbours. Place was clean and well maintained.
Check-in was rather bizarre. We came 6:50pm on Friday and front desk was already closed, had to call to get a code for a lockbox. A person on the phone didn't know neither which building (there are several on the property) our room is nor which floor. Next morning we had to "register" at the front desk, obviously there were a lot of people at the same time doing this. The sofabed for third person was not made up, although booking clearly indicated 3 people are coming.

My wife and I stayed here from 9th - 12th of 2022. I must say, that of all the hotels and casinos that we have traveled to over the years, this facility is literally the best! The staff was excellent, the room was immaculate and the grounds were exceptionally well maintained even considering the two plus feet of snow the are recieved during our stay! Outstanding location! We will be returning by the end of summer hopefully to do some hiking and enjoy this wonderfully outstanding lodge again! Can not wait!
the extremely deep snow and road conditions at the time of our visit. not any fault of the property though.

The rooms were big. The living room/dinette made it very comfortable. It was nice to be able to cook some meals on our stay. They have two grills on site as well as complimentary laundry facility. Both were a big plus for us.
The only real dislike was the jacuzzi/pool was only opened during the day and would close around 5 pm. That's when we would return from our adventures of the day and wanted to relax in the pool.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice Jacuzzi, quiet and calm atmosphere. We have stayed here 3 times and absoutely love this luxurious hotel.
The office hours were frustrating, with check in at 4PM and closed at 5PM. The Jacuzzi and game room were also only available during these hours from 8-5. We were hoping to play in the game room, but then were told the office had to suddenly close from 11-2 that day. We understand that the employees are just following orders but honestly it was annoying.

Loved this LODGE. Clean & extremely comfortable. Easy access to everything in Lake Tahoe without the noise and cars sounds. Lovely staff very nice accommodations can’t wait to go again. Absolutely beautiful grounds and lower facility is tastefully decorated. Can’t wait to go again. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Wi-Fi was great 1st evening after 10pm til 4pm (studying for an exams) next morning from 10AM - 2pm Wi-Fi would shut down intermittently due to usage (its a Tahoe thing). So had better usage late in evening to real early AM time frame. Jacuzzi had limited hours only because employee availability. They truly were doing the best they could do

Room was spacious. We had a nice view from our balcony. Loved the fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed; silverware, plates, cups & mugs. Microwave & refrigerator. Comfortable chairs at the dining table. Extra bedding, comfy queen bed; I believe it was a memory foam bed. Plenty of bath towels. I also like that the sink in the bathroom was separated from the shower and toilet that way if someone was showering i can still brush my teeth and get myself ready.
It did get really hot at night. We didn't turn on our heater, only used the fireplace but had it off at night while sleeping. Heat does rise and considering that we were on the 3rd floor was probably why it got so hot. I was thankful there were ceiling fans. Couch wasn't comfortable but most pull out bed couches are not.

This room was incredibly spacious. I was very pleased with the kitchenette and the items provided. The couch was huge, and a pull-out, which was great for some last minute guests that joined us. I loved that the "master" bedroom was separated and had its own closet and entrance to the bathroom. I liked that the toilet and shower were separated from the sink and mirror, there were multiple entrances to the bath area and there was a nice fan and bright lights. I know the unit did not have A/C but the fans provided, along with the sliding door on the balcony allowed for fantastic air flow. The little dining table was also nice.
It seemed the spa hours were very short.

Nice suite. Three story building with elevator. It's actually a timeshare so the kitchen has everything you could think of including a full size coffee pot with coffee and filters. Two ice cube trays in the freezer. Really nice place. Huge couch and TV in living room and another TV in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is from 8 to 10. Management is trying very hard to make sure the guests are happy. We were.
They don't have air conditioning but they do have ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. They also provide extra oscillating room fans. There are a lot of rules to follow but nothing unreasonable. Things like keep the doors closed because of the wildlife in the area, strip the beds when you leave, run the dishwasher... I'll definitely stay here again. The place is beautiful. They have balconies you can enjoy your coffee or a nice cold drink on. Enjoy your Tahoe time...

The distance to where we wanted to go for dinner was just right, so we were able to get lots of walking in; no driving required. It is not a new timeshare with all the slick new amenities, but an older one; well maintained and very very clean. It would have been nice to have a gym or pool, but for a short stay, it worked just fine. It was a lovely place.

The people/staff, having a kitchen and sitting area, being able to open the windows, closeness to the lake and hiking areas.
The fridge was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep. And there was construction (changing TVs), rather unavoidable.
