Clean, quiet, comfortable. Offered satisfactory breakfast choices. Friendly front desk staff and efficient housekeeping staff. Wife used and liked the gym. This was our second location stay of this hotel chain on our road trip and both locations were similarly satisfying.

Nothing negative to say.

The room was recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. And yes, they did have their famous cinnamon rolls. However...

We arrived, and the hotel was undergoing remodeling in the front lobby and breakfast area. The front desk clerk was not pleasant, nor did she explain the mess. I would have expected an apology or a small discount for the inconvenience.

We booked a suite for 6 people and they were remodeling so they didn’t have any suites. They gave us a normal 2 queen bed room. I’m sure that room would have been cheaper then the suite I booked but they didn’t offer any refund at all. But they did give us 2 rolling beds it was just cramped for 6

Location

The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby so it was loud and Dusty. However, we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. We went to pool and it was freezing and the clerk didn't know how to turn on heater. And no efforts were made to figure it out. So pool was available only if you could tolerate the cold water.

Everything. Breakfast was great, room was big and comfortable, everything was clean.

There needs to be large garbage cans outside the rooms, maybe by the ice machines for large garbage like pizza boxes.

the location was very nice and the room was big. the breakfast was decent and there coffee was good.

the jacuzzi jets didn’t work (they did discount the price) they we’re doing construction and the people upstairs were extremely noisy. also the people next to us were also noisy. thin walls. it had a smell of old cigarettes and wet carpet

Staff is friendly and helpful, I have stayed there several times, different staff each time. It feels and smells safe and clean. I like the interior entrance shampoo and conditioner are large bottles so you don't have to bring yours, and it's not the worst I've seen. They let you know if you forgot something they probably have a spare personal item like toothbrushes excetera up front which is cool.

Toilet paper is pretty cheap. Spa jets weren't working and it's why I chose this place this time.

Really comfortable beds with excellent bathroom facilities in recently updated room. Felt so welcome by staff, who were very accommodating when we booked in late at night with little notice. While it was undergoing renovation it was neat and clean.

I've stayed at this property several times and it's always clean. I got there before check in time after driving all night and the staff was very accommodating, getting me into a room several hours before check in time. The continental breakfast they offer is a bit of alright.

There was a burst pipe when I was getting all my stuff into my room. Not that the hotel can really control that but it was annoying trying to navigate drop clothes and ladders while transporting my luggage into my room.

The elevator was out of order (we were on the 3rd floor with 3 young kids and lots of stuff to carry).
