Breakfast was weak compared to other hotels. No breakfast items such as eggs, biscuits, bacon, or sausage.

The toilet in the room was unacceptable, it was about a foot off the floor with a tiny opening and seat. It looked more like a kiddie pottie than a toilet. When you flush it you are dumping about 8 gallons into the bowl, it rapidly fills to the rim in a swirling motion and just when you think it’s overflowing the water level goes down in a slower than death flush.

Polite front desk staff and housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and updated.

I purposely booked a hotel that serves breakfast. The website and front desk said 6:30-9:30. We went down at 7:50 and EVERYTHING was gone. There was not a single thing to eat. No muffins no cereal not even a slice of bread for the toaster. There was a woman cleaning up dirty tables but did not put anything else out for the guests to eat. I grabbed me and my 2 children a cup of oj and we went back to our room. I guess they only put out a certain amount and when it’s go it’s gone.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No complaints about the room itself.

I paid for a pet room prior to arriving. When I arrived I was required to pay an extra 65 dollars to house my pets. The staff claimed they had no control over what I paid because it was online through a booking site.

Charge $30 extra for upgrade room charge for a room with balcony second floor with no chairs I had already a second floor room with my confirmation. Also 7.95 for destination Fee?? I Need to ask for a clean comfort. One on bed is dirty! Look the photo!

The room was bigger than expected loved the kitchenette very helpful. And were great about the dog. The food offered was perfect. The front desk attendants were awesome. Over all the stay was super. Very nice and quiet even with animals. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the stay.

The room floor was on the not so good side. The beds are on the need to be upgraded.

Pet friendly - Excellent breakfast. The hotel is located on the main route that passes through town, with easy access to restaurants and gas station. It is about eight miles away from the Mt Washington Auto Road. The room provided was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, it is an excellent place to overnight on a road trip.

room - clean - standard room - pool facilities were wonderful but front desk assistance was excellent - Paula especially took great care of us! she wears a lot of hats and does them all well!

We stayed here during the peak foliage season & despite full occupancy, we were never bothered by any kind of noise. The continental breakfast was average & could be interesting with more than 3 people trying to get their breakfast due to the galley like conditions but overall, it was a great experience & great location as well.

As in just about every place we stayed in, the pillows were awful.

Most suitable for kids ; sugary cereals, sunny D fruit like drink n waffles. For adults add granola or plain cereal, decaf coffee, bananas and real fruit juice. Liked the yogurt and apples….

The lady with the curly hair at the front desk was incredibly helpful and very nice . The pool was beautiful!

I was a little surprised to see no windows in our room and just a skylight above the bed . This wasn’t what I saw in any of the pictures .
