Easy to get to. Overall cleanliness. Cost was the best I could find. Staff was very friendly & hospitable.

When we checked in, we were told cleaning would not enter our room until we checked out. If you wanted fresh towels or sheets you put them outside your room door & they put clean ones in a bag for you to take back into your room. We put our trash cans out in the hallway as well. One day they were emptied & the next day they weren't. Maybe put them out too late in the morning? Or they were missed? Just different than what I'm used to but I haven't traveled since 2019 so maybe this is new since covid or they were short staffed?

Continental Breakfast was very good! Location is ideal for everything in Keene! Staff was awesome, helpful and friendly. Room nice, and clean.

Lamps and furnishings were a bit dusty, but room was very tidy and clean. Shower was very clean, but nozzle was extremely hard to turn. One of the bedspreads was extremely wrinkled.

Came in for a funeral. When I first walked in it smelled of Marajuania, I cannot stand the smell, but after dinner the front desk person must have freebreezed the area as the stentch was gone. I have to say, it's sad that other people do not respect others and like cigarette smokers, think that everyone should inhale something that they find gross.

Continental breakfast was very good. No complaints! Something for everyone, no matter your diet restrictions (or unrestrictions, lol) 😁 Location is very good! Everything you need/want is extremely convenient and close surrounding Days Inn. 😉 Very clean room 👍 Thx for the great service and great getaway!

I enjoyed the hospitality of staff. The breakfast had a decent selection of items, both hot and cold. The room was absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. The location is near everything.

The breakfast was very minimal; but sufficient. The breakfast area was clean and what they did have was well stocked. There were not too many people in the area.

There could have been more choices. The area was spread out and not all located together. There was no staff visible for assistance.

all was perfect but the exceptional was the staff because by mistake I forgot a teddy bear of my daughter and I was traveling and the súper great staff sent me the teddy overnight and saved me of a big drama! amazing service!!!

Even though i had a non smoking room there was a residual smell of smoke in the bathroom.

Very convenient place in a good price. Surprisingly good breakfast with a variety of products to choose from. Rooms were clean, tidy and quiet.

Location was right off my route. Room was very clean and quiet. Had tea in the room so I could have a nice cup before bed. Breakfast was hot and very good.
