The bedding was very nice. I also liked the brightness of the washroom and the convenience of the shower with almost immediate hot water. I liked the charging station on the bedside table. I really did like the location as well in Main Street.

The closet was at the front door where the chairs were set with a tv. It was inconvenient to go out to the doorway area for my clothes that were hung up. The layout wasn’t right. Then inside the bedroom area there was a big blanket space with nothing? It looked like something was missing. The view outside the room was totally blocked by huge AC units. It blocked the light as well.

Location is fantastic if you are into walking around this beautiful town. You are steps away from shops, restaurants, theater, even rail trails. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Menu was standard fare, but well prepared, which elevated the experience to something equal to or better than made to order diner food.

No way around the fact that the parking is inconvenient. It’s on the second floor (open air, no elevator ) of a parking garage about a block away from hotel. There’s a small amount of paid parking in front of the hotel on a busy street, probably would help during check-in and out. Not sure if this is a good choice during winter weather or any time for individuals with mobility concerns.

The location was perfectly situated on beautiful Main Street. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were huge and the hotel is so charming.

We were told that rooms are serviced every other day. Not ideal but okay. However on our "service" day, only the towels were replaced and the trash cans were emptied. The room was not cleaned. The bedding was pulled up but the beds were not properly made and the pillows were disheveled.

No heat in room despite thermostat ☹️ PARKING: This is just awful 😞. Yes they offer the top level of a parking garage which has NO ELEVATOR!!!!!!!! As a senior this was a challenge. This has influenced my decision NEVER to stay here again-sorry. One other issue signs with direction as to the hotel back door let alone room location would be most important.

The breakfast had a large selection and was very good

It was hard to find because the street sign was too small. The parking garage in the back made check in more difficult. We were able to come in the back door but otherwise would have had to walk around the block with our suitcases.

The location was great since we were in town for a concert just down the road. Parking was easy. Breakfast was plentiful.

We couldn’t turn off the loud fan in the room even with the help of the maintenance man. Fortunately I could turn my good ear down to the pillow.

The carpets need cleaned/vacuumed in main hallways; with big emphasis -the elevator carpet

The breakfast food was delicious & just right. The bed was really comfortable, took extra time getting out of bed, because we liked it! It was a special treat getting the 1st floor. The desk lady, was really nice and kind enough to let us in the parking lot door, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around the block. The shower was nice and warm and plenty of room for me.

Wish I could charge my car at this location. Person providing breakfast was grumpy.

Location was right in Town Square. Beautiful room, great bed, very clean. breakfast was good

There is no dedicated loading zone outside hotel for arriving guests. Hotel is on very busy road, and all parking spaces have meters on them. Hotel carpark outback requires guest to walk down flight of stairs. Rooms are not serviced which is ordinary given the cost of a room in this hotel

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, awesome location that was convenient to walk everywhere in downtown Keene.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t super clean. There was still some hair on the floor and a few coffee splatters. The hallways also smelled like old cigarette smoke.
