The room was wonderful. They accommodated our dogs. The food was very good. Perfect location between the hospital and the college...of which we needed on this trip.

The front desk person could have been nicer. It was not our fault that booking.com put in our reservation our first name as our last name, but he was very abrupt with us. Also, they seemed understaffed. They advertised room service but there was not. Then we asked if someone could bring us a menu so we could call down our order and come and get it when it was ready and we were told no.

would not give us special rate for medical enter inpatient because we had not booked directly even through we are Hilton Homors members.

It was advertised on booking .com that complimentary breakfast was offered not the case paid for plate 15$

everything was great! No complaints! Super clean entire Hotel, the room very clean spacious nice walk in shower and bathroom! The Resturant had limited options but this was told to us before check in so no issues with that. The location was easy access to everything including food gas etc. Easy check in and out. The staff were exceptionally Great especially Jessica and Hayden at the front desk always pleasant and eager to assist. I have stayed in different locations in NH but by far this was the best and highly recommended to anyone! i will definitely stay again.

The room was great

The shower head was old and didn’t really fit with the style of the shower. Also the I couldn’t get a straight answer about the breakfast that I was supposed to get in the morning before checkout. So needless to say I didn’t get a breakfast, kind of sub-par for a room that cost more than $400/night.

I especially like the fact that there was an actual restaurant, even though a modest one, on the property. You could have a good breakfast, unlike the substandard fare offered at most such places.

it seems a bit expensive for the area.

it is just across the street from Dartmouth, very comfortable, clean, has the amenities I want (a good restaurant, a gym and close location to the university, stores and other restaurants).

it is always booked. I wish it had more rooms.

The pool was open so my kids were able to enjoy their time. We enjoyed eating our meals outside. We also enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs. Checking in and checking out was very simple and quick.

The beds were way too soft for my family and myself. We all woke up with sore backs. The shower had pink mold growing on the bottom lining. We will most likely not stay there on our trip next year. So much money for low quality! I had cheaper choices elsewhere but I chose your hotel since I've always loved staying with you. Maybe you're under staffed or the staff may need more training?

Great decor. Very updated and warm.

I can tell there isn’t a lot of cleaning staff walking around the building or spending time in the rooms. Old boxes of pizza were left by the elevator for two days and our room had thick dust on the tv stand. I assume it is due to COVID so I can understand.
