The excellent check in ! All the young ladies were marvelous! I wish I lived close. I would stop and visit frequency ! The Bartender at Caines and Grain was fantastic, he knew I was having issues with recent dental surgery and literally accommodated me to the point that I had a delicious meal ! You should be proud of your excellent customer service ! I am in this industry and your staff exceeded my expectations. !

Breakfast was great! Cleanliness was very good. Room was good.

There was a TERRIBLE, AWFUL, ROTTING ODOR on the sixth floor. It definitely smelled like a sewer had discharged. We think the staff tried to minimize the smell with room deodorizers but that just made it worse. Thank goodness the smell did not ooze into the room or we would definitely have had to leave. The odor was reported twice to the front desk. Also, bedroom lamp between beds did not work. And hotels need to put more hooks in their bathrooms for hanging wet towels and robes.

Big thanks to Myesha at the front desk for helping to change our rooms. We went for a birthday getaway for my 14-yo and her friends. Got two suites for the price of two regular rooms at other hotels. Great rooms. Large and gracious. Breakfast was exactly as advertised. Omelets, bacon, sausage, and everything else. Starbucks on location. A real restaurant on location. Staff was great. cant recommend it enough. Thanks

Hotel was great, location great and seems very safe. Very busy with multiple weddings but never was loud. Only problem was our shampoo, soap, conditioner didn’t work in the bathroom. Everything else was great! Very clean!

No fault of theirs, but if you’re traveling with kids bring something to help keep them from falling off the bed. Our child rolled off the bed overnight and hit their head off the side table! Again not their problem though. Just advice for families

Hotel rooms were a great size for myself, my daughter, and 5 of her friends. Beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful!

The couch had a few stains on it. Also, the sign in the swimming area says children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, however, the engineer that was there that night says the sign is incorrect and the age is 18 to be accompanied by an adult. Very contradictory due to the signage. Giving customers mixed messages, the staff and signage should give the same message to customers.

The room ,it's spacious . Amenities were good. Welcome Drinks was great and a Live Omlet counter for the breakfast, ultimate ...loved each and every bit of our stay.

Soap was provided as Bar soap rather than Gel soap. That's the only part which is seen negative.

The breakfast definitely added value for a family of five. Saved us from spending more elsewhere. Nice location not far from interstate.

The barn style door hung inside the bathroom needs to be wider. There was too much of a crack open when the door was “closed”. Not enough privacy for comfort to do your business even with family.

Clean, classy, very convient, staff was great. There was a restaurant, Starbucks , and a little convience store on site. The pool was also great , my daughter loved it. Michael at the front desk, great!

Everything was great

Loved the location and property is gorgeous. The floors themselves had a terrible Oder and the cost was way too much but had to stay for a wedding I was in.

The smells in the hallway and the cozy. The staff was sweet but when it came to cleaning we had the maid ask us to bro g her out the garbage
