Room 215 was clean, nicely decorated, not overbearing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet. Comfy, soft robes. My husband laughed as I did a little giddy dance and told him I'm never taking it off. Parking was very convenient. I'm the wife that complains she's cold all the time. I didn't even have the chance to get cold from the car to the door. Check out staff was very pleasant, a gentleman with a very refreshing and unique accent. He smiled as we exited the building.

The check in staff woman seemed uninviting. Short and quick responses. The shower door in our room kept rolling open as we showered. The refrigerator was annoying through the night clicking and humming. There was a hair attatched the fibers on one of the robes. The room was quiet up until 6am, we heard the hallway traffic heading to and from the breakfast room. Even though these things were inconvenient, my husband and I make light of everything. We are joksters and it didn't effect our stay. Not much effects us. I used to work in the hotel industry and annoyingly picked up the habbit of quietly critiquing everywhere we stay.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need in the room- microwave/fridge, I also had a sofa bed in the room I was in but it was just me on my own. Breakfast was decent, basic eggs/bagels/coffee etc but I’d probably prefer more variety if I were staying more than 2 days. There is a big supermarket near by so you could just store some things in your fridge. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave

The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The king bed was excellent. The bathrobes are luxurious. We used them for blankets.

We usually open the windows at night, and that is not possible here. Also, the room darkening curtains did not close all the way, so the lights from the parking lot came into our room. Also, we did not like the over-stuffed, giant pillows. We asked for a flatter pillow but they did not have them, nor blankets. We asked for pillowcases and we put them on the chair cushions, which were smaller. We asked that the room service not change our pillow arrangements and every day they came in and reversed what we had done. We asked that room service not come in at all, but they still came in.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.

It's a beautify little hotel. Very close to everything and only couple of steps from the train station. I had a little issue with the curtains - they didn't close but later realized it was an user error not an hotel error :) Hotel is close to everything in main street and had lovely restaurant close by. Will definitely stay again.

We LOVED the location to all the restaurants. We could hear the people above us. The bathroom door in room 226 really needs to be greased--very squeaky. Breakfast was good. Staff mostly there but not always at the desk when we needed them. Also loved the very nice standup shower and the whole renovation looks great.

We live in the southwest so the $255/night price was a lot for us. Wish there was an outdoor space to gather (we were very short on time, so perhaps there was and we missed it). Also wished very much for a shuttle to Newark Airport.

Very close to our event and close to shopping and great restaurants. Very clean room and well appointed.

I could hear someone walking in the room above me constantly. So maybe the walls are not insulated enough. Also, the HVAC unit was a bit loud when it turned on and off.

Rooms were renovated. Very clean. Nice bathroom & walk-in shower. Super-comfortable beds. Staff was very nice/helpful and polite. I stayed here before & would stay here again.

I went across the street to get a good cup of fresh brewed coffee. This is a personal choice. I don't like coffee from a dispensing machine. Coffee flavored water. Yuk.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

No daily cleaning (at least take out the trash, please?) And breakfast was very basic. I expected a tad more for the price of the room.
