It was a clean hotel I feel as if unfortunately you guys were shorthanded but everybody is I really enjoyed the fact that I could come down in the morning when I was leaving and grab a coffee and a banana because we actually live in Pennsylvania and we are just traveling to New England sewer making mini pitstops every day saying a different hotels

The best was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I loved that there was coffee for us upon arrival.

I was given a room that was already occupied! When we checked in, I was given a key for a room. When My husband and I arrived at that room with our luggage, we noticed there was no "clean room" seal on the door, but I figured I'd just call about it when we dropped our stuff (we had to drop our stuff and head out to an event). When I opened the door with the working key, there was someone else's luggage and belongings in the room! I'm thankful that we didn't walk in on anyone. It could have been a dangerous situation.

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Beds are firm.

I'm allergic to feathers, even if they have been *removed* from a room. There are so many great pillow types available - please consider alternatives for your *soft* pillows.

The staff were super friendly and excited to have you there. The rooms had plenty of lighting which was different from other hotels we have stayed in. Was happy to see that the fridge and microwave were actually pretty clean.

The breakfast wasn't great for the price of the stay. The pillows were not great and hurt my neck. The bedding felt somehow oily or unclean and the towels were very rough or matted. Also the town/surrounding area is very strange. Some strange encounters with people staying in the hotel.

Room was clean and quiet. Easy access to highway

The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and stale. Went to grab an apple and it was rotten my fingers went into the core. Other then the breakfast it was a great stay and I will stay here again.

Saturday it was very busy and ran out of cups and we had to ask also ran out of food the room was very dirty. We ate breakfast out the next two days

Keeping the breakfast room and tables clean and keep replacing the food until everyone is done

The entire staff that I had contact with, were friendly and helpful. From the front desk check in mgr, to the cleaning crew, the gentleman who oversaw the breakfast, and others. Breakfast offerings were better than pre pandemic

I didn't have the breakfast. The location worked well for me. It was very easy to get on Rt 78. The room was nice and clean.

The room was small and a little difficult to move around near the beds.
