The location; bed and space of the room.

Terrible smoke odor even in the non-smoking room. Why planning to alternate non-smoking rooms with smoking rooms right next to each? Usually, these are designated areas. The smoke (from different smoking sources) is impregnated in the room and not even the industrial spray provided by staff helped with the smell. The room needs change air conditioning filters at minimum and be relocated to a non-smoking only corridor.

I liked that room was clean and pool was clean staff was very friendly.

I didn't like the only choice for breakfast is pancakes toast and cereal there should be more pastry or eggs and sausage pattys. Pool should stay open until 9pm 8pm is too early

We desperately needed to find a hotel because the place we booked earlier had a major problem with their pool. We quickly decided to make the reservation with Crystal Inn and were especially pleased. The pool was probably the best I was ever in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The area surrounding the hotel is not great however, the price is more than reflective of that issue.

The rooms are clean and pretty large. It's an older motel - not extravagant, but comfortable. The staff are very friendly and outgoing! We came from Cleveland to get in some beach time and see a concert in Asbury Park. Eatontown is only a few miles from Asbury Park beach and boardwalk, and there are a lot of great places to eat within a mile or two of Crystal Inn. Since it is an older motel the walls are well insulated, so the rooms are quiet - you don't hear the people in the next room talking or moving around. Housekeeping comes in every day to tidy up the room, clean the bathroom and give you fresh towels (they don't change the beds - but it's really not necessary). The pool is clean and well maintained. If you want a comfortable room at a reasonable price, Crystal Inn is the place to stay! We'll definitely be back!

The room was updated and clean. The pool was a large size, clean and relaxing. There are some gazebos near by to sit outside with friends/family. The bed was comfortable. For a motel much better than average. Free coffee in the lobby. They were able to let me check in early which was very appreciated. Cost a fraction of many other motels or hotels in the area. I was in town for festival in Asbury Park and drive or uber there only about 15 minutes. I would stay again.

Great price clean pleasant staff.I go to pnc often and this location is only 15 minutes away.Its nice to sit outside in gazebo and enjoy pool! It's a great getaway too just to come and relax.close to many areas.i recommend to all!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed controlling my heat being a person with anemia. The staff was SO HELPFUL and POLITE. I slept like a baby with no noise disturbance. The wifi was so fast which helped me complete my school work. I was told the building was just recently renovated which looks great.

The inside of the toilet could have been cleaner. Also several times I had issues opening my door with the key. I was told the key malfunction was due to the rain.

Love the pool, the whole area is nice, the help is very nice & accommodating

A comfortable motel. Basic, but good value for money. Staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

No hairdryer or iron. I understand it is a budget motel, but these items would have enhanced our visit.
