The room was at the end of a hall downstairs. I felt like I was walking into a cave. But the room was great. I looked and took note of where I would want to be positioned next time. There was no view from my room, until you walked out into the hallway where there was a window facing the marina.

Not the hotels fault, but I would have liked to go out on the deck area, but there was a wedding or a shower going on and it was roped off for a private affair. That was a glitch for me.

The room was spacious and very sweet. Had a charm that I loved. Bed was very comfortable - loved the many many pillows. Very neat, clean and temp was easily adjusted. Styled old school - love that.

Shower head - weak spray. No enough outlets. Should have something near beds for cells, tablets that is easily assessable. Couldnt really find one - had to charge in bathroom. TV was fine for me but a bit far from the bed.

Chandelier in the room was a really nice touch. A/C was cool, bathroom and room were very clean. Room service was quick and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The total cost of the stay was equivalent to a Jersey shore room price before taxes. If you don't need modern design and space it is ideal. The pitcher of coffee from dinner stayed warm until the morning. Great waking up to warm freshly brewed coffee. Loved the historical value of the architecture with the updated floorings. The staff was well dressed and courteous.

The elevator is compact but it did not affect our stay in the least. It fits the cart and 2 or 3 guests. There is very little to say that detracted from a comfortable stay.

Upon entering the Molly Pitcher Inn, I was impressed by the regal decor. The lobby was bustling with activity due to the multiple events held that day. It looked to be a popular place. Check-in was simple, and the front desk clerk was extremely polite and helpful. He helped make our stay a wonderful experience. While the beds were a bit soft for my taste, my husband and daughter loved them. They were out cold. The location of the Inn is excellent. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and if you don't want to walk, the local taxi service is readily available. Also, it offers a great view of the water.

The room cost was a little high in price, but we expected that to be the case due to the location and state. But then again, everything is a little higher these days.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable and we LOVE all the fluffy pillows on the bed. The air temp was comfortable and the room was very spacious! We had breakfast the next morning in the dining room and our table overlooked the Navesink river - it was a beautiful view. The menu had alot of options and our breakfast was delicious! The wait staff was very friendly and accomodating!

The place seem old and traditional. It was Great seem a great place to take families and or loved once. The restaurant was amazing seem a great place to spend with your loved onces on July 4 weekends as we did

I would say the safe deposit wasn't working and they didnt have any fridge to put anything food fro us to enjoy later. Other than that I can't complain really. I think all the rest was great. I do like the 24 receptions

We booked two rooms. One was on the promenade which had a lovely view of the bay. The second room was one floor below and had no view to speak of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The terrace dining was particularly nice. We had lunch and dinner our first night and breakfast the following morning. The waitstaff were friendly, skilled and welcoming. The food was quite good and all dishes had a nice presentation. The pool looked amazing but, we had family matters to attend to so, we didn’t get a chance to swim.

We originally booked online through the Molly Pitcher Inn website which took us to Booking,com. Upon arrival, I showed the receptionist at the front desk my paperwork however, there were no rooms booked on his system. Thankfully, he was able to find us rooms however, they were quite a bit more expensive than what we originally booked.

The rooms are quite cozy - don’t bring a lot of luggage. The space was clean and comfortable. The stairways make it fast and easy to walk the three levels of this hotel.

I did not like the TV service. Although I was not there to watch television, it would have been nice to have more options.

I liked the bed linens, and the room was nice and clean. The complimentary toiletries are nice.

I am 5'3" and couldn't reach the bath towels on the rack. I had to get my Nordic Poles out and tease a towel off of the rack. When I was younger, I would have climbed up on the tub rim and gotten it, but at 74, that isn't advisable. You would have to be at least 5'8" tall to reach the towels. Also, there3 was no chair. The only place to sit was on the bed. There was a lot of rust around the bath tub drain in room 311.

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed the piano player that’s there on Fridays. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great!
