Clean rooms, clean sheets, comfortable beds.

We really didnt understand your breakfast bar. We were told we would get a free breakfast with our stay. But two conflicting signs at the breakfast bar. One said free breakfast and the other one said Breakfast $ 8.95. The attendant kept giving us a receipt for $ 8.95 whether we had Continental bk or hot bk. At checkout - the total was obviously wrong. The clerk really didnt understand it either but just deducted 2 of the breakfasts. I think you need to be more clear on what is free and what isnt and then instruct your staff.

I got charged for breakfast and I didn’t eat there I called once I seen my invoice they sent to my email and they said they will call me back and I didn’t get a call back and they didn’t take it off my bill the charge for 12.00 for the food and a 3.00 tip

The facility was clean and the staff was polite.

I paid for my breakfast at the breakfast counter and the woman at the breakfast counter that received my money did not indicate at the hotel check in counter that the meal was paid for earlier. Thankfully at check out the woman at the desk removed the charge from my account Thanks

The location was close for shopping, dining and visiting family. The bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay here again.

A free continental breakfast would have been nice.

The place, location and the items offered were great

We were not comfortable with getting under the covers because the sheets were stained. Now it could be that the stains could’ve come out. I think they should be replaced with no stain sheets

The 12:00 checkout

Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. Seemed rushed. There was a golf score card under the bed and under the bathroom counter was a wrapper and a pill. If you check it will probably still be there in room #419.

Overall it was very nice. I was just greeted by a grouchy desk clerk who CLEARLY didn’t want to be their. She only spoke when spoken to. She completely ignored her co-worker that came up to ask her a question while she was checking me in. Since the hotel is near a water park and there is an indoor pool there was a lot of water in the lobby in front of the elevator. It was quite dangerous. The maint. Person mopped up but all he really did was evenly distribute the water all over the foyer area. His mop didn’t sop up any of the water. The only good thing is that they kept a caution, floor is wet sign in the middle of the floor. I have a replaced hip so I was concerned I was going to fall and crack my fake hip back open. But I was good. Another safety concern I had was that we had a sewer smell I. Our room when we walked in. So we opened out 4th floor window and there wasn’t a forced stop on the window or a screen or any protection at all for restricting the windows amount of space to open. You could open it all the way. That was scary to me. However it may be a code issue for your township. Yikes! However they did a very nice job rehabbing the previous hotel whatever it was. The breakfast was delectable and you could get whatever you wanted. It was super nice to be able to get a beer at night when you rolled in late at their unsuspecting bar.

The front desk persons attitude. The safety concern with the tile in front of the elevator and the windows ability to open completely wide open on the 4th floor.

The property was nice and clean. It was well lit and rather welcoming.

While the property was welcoming the staff wasn’t so. The first impression staff wasn’t very friendly. I was talked to rather aggressively during breakfast service for not knowing what was self service and not. That wasn’t nice and made me not want to approach the kitchen area for the remainder of my stay.

Rooms were clean, located near so many restaurants, pool, hot tub, and fitness center was accessible, breakfast was good.

Hot breakfast was $10-$12 per person and not the greatest.

I loved everything. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The pool was open. The TV had lots of channels including showtime and sports channels. Even though we didn't get a chance to go there the bar in the lobby was open. I also liked 12pm check out. Most hotels are 10am. Also the bed was comfortable. I will definitely come back. It served it's purpose for a quick getaway for our anniversary.
