While it was just a one-night stay, the hotel's comfort, cleanliness, and convenience left a positive impression. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the Mount Laurel area, especially for longer visits where the in-room kitchenette could be utilized.

Nothing overall was good. Updating the decor, enhancing soundproofing, improving Wi-Fi connectivity, expanding breakfast options, and addressing parking and housekeeping timing would significantly elevate the guest experience. Despite these issues, the hotel offers good value and potential, especially with a few targeted improvements.

I liked that the property was clean outside and very appealing.

I didn’t like that when I called the front desk I was on hold for about ten minutes and it was just ringing no one picked up. I had to leave my room to go to the front desk to request towels. Also I notice there was an insect issue that needed to be addressed in the rooms. Not sure when the last time the property and room were fumigated for any unwanted pets/visitors.

It advertises breakfast however all 4 days there was no breakfast of any sort. Staff was polite and friendly unfortunately online it said check in was at 3pm however when I got there they told me check in was at 4pm and made me pay $25 extra for checking in at 3:35pm. They could have waived it. Also I had 2 additional charges on my bank statement besides the original fee of rooms. Due to it being under $30 I didn’t make big deal but still no idea why. Overall I would stay there again. Very convenient location with stores and restaurants very close by

The location was convient right of the exit Í-95 and 20 míns to Philly. The room was clean but the building corridors needs little cleaning. It was better than my first stay back in December. The best part was Walmart across from the property at a walking distance. The front desk was very helpful because I was missing a pan in my kitchen they arranged it quickly.

The entrance carpet needs some cleaning.

The property was clean and well-maintained with modern amenities. The kitchenette was a nice addition, making it convenient for meal prep. The location was quiet and accessible. Moreover, the staff were amazing !

The phone signals were inconsistent, may be because of the bad weather

Everything was right at your disposal the toilet the water pressure was slow a little inconvenience. But everything else was fine no problem I would recommend others to stay at this property

Pleasent and helpful staff. Nice and quiet stay and good location.

Needs to be cleaned better. Sticky kitchen floor and stains on sofa and automon. Broken office chair. Coffee maker missing. Couldn't lock door when checking out which made us feel uneasy. All of these issues were reported to front desk personnel.

The location was easy to find ,a lot of places nearby to get food.

I didn't like that when I arrived, there was a little bit of drama happening, and all the staff was focused on the incident, so it took a while to check me in. There were no plates or silverware or cups to make coffee. The soap dispenser didn't work, and the mattress was badly stained .Breakfast was not what I expected.

I love it here its three weeks i am here and the staff, manager so nice i love it because i can cook my home cook food and i am enjoying my work quietness in day time and they keep it clean i hear the cleaners twice a day. They even knock the door to make sure all light fixtures are working i love that.
