The location was excellent. Not only was it close to the relatives we were visiting, but it walking distance to the 139 bus stop which took us to Port Authority in NYC in less than an hour. Also, the free breakfast offered many good options. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Nothing. The rooms (We had two adjoining rooms.) were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom quite adequate. The cost was a bit higher than warranted for that type of hotel, but the location made it more justifiable.

Very convenient location to the shoreline. Was there for a friend's child's birthday party. Liked the breakfast for the most part (sausages tasty, potatoes OK). Comfortable bed/pillows/sheets.

Didn't like the powdered eggs. Fruits looked bruised. Should have a coffee option other than light only. Should also have bottle waters availabe too.

Incredibly clean!!! Location was near my destination. Breakfast was very good. We ordered take-out one night and the desk intercepted it - we assumed the vendor would come to the room, but after thinking about it, we were glad it was stopped at the front desk for safety sake.

Bathtub stopper didn't always work.

The location is excellent for visiting family in Old Bridge. The breakfast is very good and offers many options. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and clean.

I do miss daily cleaning if the rooms. For the price of the rooms daily maid service should be reinstated.

The location is great for excursions into NYC. The Staff is very friendly and the facilities are in great shape. Plus, an exceptional restaurant (Feast) is about 5 minutes away. We come here once a year or so.

Not one complaint from me.

24hr coffee

Room thermostat on schedule causing it to need to be adjusted in the middle of the night. I sleep in colder temperature waking up at 72 under a quilt in the middle of the night was rough

The breakfast was fine, nice selection of warm and cold choices.

We stayed for two nights and there was no maid service. This may have been my fault for not requesting it. Also and just to pick nits, the sheets did not fit the bed well although the bed itself was very comfortable. No "real" coffee with the in-room Keurig, curiously, only decaf. Made me wonder if the room had been serviced at all recently.

At the time of my stay (April, 2022), this is a brand new hotel, built within the past year! Everything feels new and clean. I must admit this is a simple Hampton Inn--the general aesthetic of the hotel is very basic, but it gets the job done and fulfilled my expectations!

One of the lights in the room was broken--but this was a very minor detail. I informed the staff of this upon check out, who took note of it. Also, while I only stayed for one night, a member of my family was staying here for several days, and wished a more comprehensive housekeeping service was offered during their stay (as the service is currently limited due to covid.) However, this again was a minor detail.

We really liked how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The whole room just had a comfy, homey vibe. My son didn't want to leave because he kept saying "I love this place!" The breakfast was amazing.

We didn't like that the air conditioner kept turning off. We understand it's motion sensored, however, it was a huge inconvenience.

All the times I have been there I didn't have breakfast I always left too early for breakfast

I love everything about this hotel this is the only one I stay at sometimes I feel like the prices are a little high I am a senior citizen I wish they had some plan for us seniors
