I came to town for an event in Atlantic Highlands, so this was a great location for a great price to stay. The room and bed were comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also really liked that there shops very close by that I could walk to such as Starbucks, McDonald's, and a few others.

I wouldn't change anything as far as I'm concerned. The hotel met my expectations and even exceeded them with the comfort of the room. If there's anything I would change I would keep the coffee available past breakfast hours, but I would say this about any hotel.

1. liked facility for study: chair, desk and power outlets easy accessible at desk, specifically on lamp base. 2. liked clean single server coffee maker and provided coffee ground soft pod packaged together with disposable tray like pod holder. This model produces coffee clean from previous use. Other models of drip coffee makers with paper filter leave coffee residue stuck in the plastic holder which is unpleasant to inherit from previous customer and hard to clean without a brush. The coffee make in my room did not have any dregs left from previous customer, which I highly appreciate.

The location was the best as there was a Supermarket in walking distance that allowed me to purchase food to prepare instead of buying fast foods.

The staff did not know so I don’t hold them accountable but there was a strong urine odor in the corner of the room. Being that the Supermarket was nearby, I was able to purchase items to dissipate the urine odor. I notified the staff about the odor upon checking out of the Inn.

I think something more than a very tiny "body bar" for the shower would be nice. A fixed dispenser in shower with shower gel would be ideal. My daughter and I purposely did not shower at your hotel because of that. Also, the grab bar in the tub had a loose piece. Hallway rugs need to be updated; it looks dingy/dirty. A dark grey/navy would look more crisp; as well as paint the bottom half of the wallpaper a dark grey/navy.

Breakfast was good, still too many carbs (sugar!), but there was meat! So thankful for that 😊... location was great.

My husband-not traveling with me- made the reservation for me as a gift. Upon arrival, I was expected to SHOW the card on file. This was extremely inconvenient as I don't travel with his CC. Most hotels use the card on file for payment. I have one for "incidentals".

The outside garbage smelled so bad no matter where in the parking lot you were. The front also smelt of urine but all of this was outside of the building.

Free breakfast. It was good. Only one lady working it but she was always hustling and cleaning. The staff accommodated my needs immediately (towels, etc.).

No coffee outside breakfast. Yes, there was a "coffee bag" coffee machine in the room. Yuk! The room had no microwave. It was inconvenient to go to the lobby to heat up leftovers, etc. No pool. For some reason I thought I had booked a motel with an indoor and outdoor pool. My mistake.

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable king suite. Great bed. Excellent room accommodations. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home.

It was terrific! Only suggestion is the shower/tub could be renovated soon but I really don’t care.

The location was good for where I needed to be. The breakfast was fine and appreciated. I did find it to become expensive due to my long stay. I appreciate Nancy at the front desk. Nancy was very accomodating and friendly. She always greeted you and asked you if everything was ok and if you needed anything and would provide it for you. Nancy was also a very big help when she recommended me to sign up for the rewards points. I appreciated this because due to my long stay I was able to accumulate enough points for free nights.

I have no complaints.

Lovely choice of breakfast, good local and walking distance to where you need to be. Held a parcel for me to collect upon check in, which was awesome.

Plastic cutlery all individually wrapped in a plastic bag. Knife isn't even great at cutting through a Waffle....
