It is a great location, close to the highway, restaurants and shops. Because of work, we had no time for breakfast. An IHOP is nearby, we tried that one morning but there was a 35 Minute wait, so we went elsewhere. The staff were accommodating, friendly and gave us bottle of water and a cookie. After a long flight and drive, that was a nice gesture. The room was large and pleasant. We may stay there again in the future. Please see the only negative we have concerning guests with animals.

The only negative I noticed is there were some guests who had dogs with them. A few doors down I could hear a dog barking. I really don't think a hotel is the place for animals. It causes the hotel to go down hill in many ways very quickly. At my next stay, I would request a room that has never had animals and hope that the hotel only uses certain rooms for that purpose.

Very quiet, very clean and very friendly staff. We stayed there with a 3-month-old baby on the way home, and we rested really well. The elevators are huge, so we had no issues navigating with a stroller. The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel overall is clean and well maintained.

The only issue was that a/c was blowing directly to the bed with no possibility to adjust it. We set the stroller on the way, and it redirected the flow.

There was a problem with my Booking.com reservation. Tracy at the front desk was wonderful!!! She told me what to do and held our room until we could get the problem solved. She was also helping another customer with a problem when I got there, but still was a very positive, friendly person throughout both problems. We needed extra linens and they came promptly. Room nice and clean. Breakfast very good.

I'm an HHonors member so I liked the contact free check in and room key on my phone. The hotel is visible from the road so it was easy to find. It was very convenient to get to the event in Millville that we were in town for. The hotel is very clean and well staffed. Ample parking. Overall a very nice property.

Unfortunately, there was a group staying on our floor that must have been part of a wedding block. There was a lot of door opening/closing and talking in the hallway which made it a little difficult to sleep after a late night out.

I prepaid for my stay, but when I arrived they charged my card twice for a higher price with a additional $100 that would come back to you after you check out. In all over $1200 was pulled out of my account for a one night stay. I'm still waiting for my money to return to my account.

Comfortable room. We had just come from several nights in inns, so we loved having an elevator, TV, large bathroom.

No bar or restaurant on site. Luckily there is a good bar & restaurant at the Ramada Inn within very easy walking distance.

The 5 of us had plenty of space in the room. Usually we are somewhat on top of each other, but this room was very spacious.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. For $200+ a night, the hotel's hot tub should be working.

Indoor spa/pool. The ease of darkening the room for sleep when sun out. Ability to keep fan on continuously on air/heater(great for sound). Nice hot breakfast. Nice and amazing staff!

1. Not having a restock of makeup remover sheet when room was cleaned and I stayed an additional night. It came in handy, then no replenish during cleaning. Alot of women wear makeup every day. I used alot of tissues so not to mark up towels. 2. Air reset before I was ready to wake. A later reset time would have been nice. Went back to a certain temp and air.

Every time I come to Jersey I stay at this hotel only because it’s the nicest and closest to my family that lives in the area. Always clean and everyone is always professional.

There really isn’t anything that I don’t like about this property.

The location of the hotel is great, right off of 55, with a lot of restaurants near by. It was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Prestige Diner which is right next door is a great place to eat.

The complimentary breakfast they offered is nice. A big selection but the hot items were not really that hot and the omelets were burnt and rubbery. The pool and hot tub were still closed and we had been looking forward to that, not much the hotel could do about that with Covid as the health dept didn't show up to clear them.
