the size of the rooms were good as well as the ability to have two rooms attached via a door. The linens seemed clean as well as the rugs. I enjoyed the varriation in breakfast.

Thefan was not on in the elevators and the slight muskiness in the hallways. The decor is a little dated and the tv to small and too far away from the bed. the halways were also a bit dark on the third floor as you exit the elevator. Also, the caulking in certain areas needed attention. The pillows were flat and didn't keep their shape for very long

I arrived in an Uber with my physically and mentally disabled sister. I was extremely touched by ALL of the staff during our stay. Every single one of them showed us so much compassion and kindness. I had just rescued my sister from a house of horrors where she was abandoned by her caretaker and left in deplorable conditions. We needed a place to stay until my husband could get back to us from Pennsylvania. Even after checking out, they allowed us to stay on the property until we were safely picked up. If I could hug the staff, I would. Thank you just isn't enough to express my gratitude.

Our floor was a bit noisy. Our toilet clogged too. The shower looked like it needed redone

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room temperature was very comfortable and the amenities were readily available. I even enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Checking in and out was also a breeze. Everything functioned in my room including the coffee machine. Also, I loved the coffee setup that was readily available all day for the customers.

Lots of space to spread out. Able to use breakfast area for family gatherings. Excellent variety of items for breakfast.

Equipment in exercise room was not fully functional. Pool room is very inviting, but Covid rules are still in play. Time to move past this and reopen. coffee choices need to include a “Dark blend.”

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and all the comforts you want when u put out money for a room.

It took about 45 minutes to check in bc I reserved the room online with a debit card but paid cash when I got to the property bc there wasn't enough in my account to cover it. It then was a proem bc they still needed a card on file that could cover the cost of the room or the system wouldn't allow her to check us in. I then had to enlist a family member to fax permission and a card number in order to check in. It doesn't say that anywhere while I was booking the room. I then asked for a late check-out, and was refused. I was disappointed.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful. I appreciate that you require children under a certain age to be accompanied by a parent so they don't over-run the breakfast area. Overall hotel is convenient to my needs and my go-to place to stay when I'm in South Jersey.

The access to the location. And the AC in the was not blowing cold air in our second day.

I like the size of the room. It was a good size and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was great. There was a lot of variety.

If the pool would not be closed.

The staff was amazing and even though they were a few hiccups. They went out of their way to resolve the issue quickly. Hotel was located near a lot of food places🙋🏽‍♀️

When we went to our room the comforter had a stain on it but our receptionist was up in a few minutes to assist us with a new one and spread it herself. For some reason the tv had no signal but once again the Lady at the front desk was to the rescue. Excellent stay❤️❤️❤️
