I appreciated the quiet and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and it was a very quick check in. The entire place was clean andy daughter and I felt very comfortable. The set up of the room was perfect for her school work during the day and there were no glitches with the internet. Nice spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and mirrors. The closet in the room is huge and the full body mirror was the perfect to check yourself before leaving for business. I looked at the pool and gym area but didn't have time to try it. They did look very clean. Also there are plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area for all your needs. Excellent location. This is a nice, comforting and relaxing property and would use again for business or leisure.

The refrigerator could have used defrosting but that isn't major.

The 2 queen beds were perfect for our family and comfortable. The suite had enough space for our 3 year old to play while we were in the room. This was our second stay and it was much better because staff put us on the 4th floor instead of the 1st. Huge difference for noise. We have family 5 minutes away so we will definitely be returning.

The light switches in our room didn't seem to work. Also the bathtub drain was dislodged. We were only there for about 15 hours so nothing major but had we stayed more than a night I think it would have bothered us.

The breakfast was on par with most other chain type hotels no better or worse. Rooms were roomy, bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for the reason I was in town. Numerous fast food and chain restaurants in the immediate area.

The cost.... it was much more expensive then comparable hotels by close to $150.00 this included local tax. I usually stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites but the local ones were filled. I was in town for a family funeral. I am guessing this one was not filled due to the cost. Also there were ants in the bathroom. Not a lot but some.

I liked almost everything. Very clean and pest free!!! I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

More toiletries available throughout my stay. Body wash, hand soap, and conditioner were all empty on our first day. I asked for refills by calling the front desk, but I never got them. The pool is really small for the size of the hotel.

This was my first trip with my young child since the pandemic started. I was a little nervous if it would be safe and clean. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, and very proper--well done housekeeping! My son had a ball in the hotel. The front desk was very kind and accommodating.

Only two things could have been better: 1) blackout curtains that extended enough to block out the light seeping through the edges, and 2) breakfast was fine but would have preferred a few more options low in sodium and low in added sugar.

Loved how clean and bright it was! Loved the breakfast! Loved the bed! Loved the staff’s friendliness! Loved the king room! Loved the pool! Though it was a bit cold at first.

The shower door leaked badly! No place to charge newer iPhones in room.

We were very impressed by the appearance of the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. Very clean and organized.

There wasn't anything I didn't like...I mean breakfast could run a little later..perhaps until 11am lol

It was clean, nice decor, bed were comfortable, smelled clean, staff responded right away when you asked for anything, and the breakfast was delicious.

pool was good but I wish it was a little warmer. My body adjusted but the first reaction was it felt a little chilly.

Everything was great.

The only issue I would say I had was after taking a shower, the floor was soaked/flooded. The water sprayed or leaked out during my time showering. Maybe find a way to latch the shower door tightly while a person is taking a shower. Other then that, no other complaints.

This hotel is one of the nicest in which we have stayed. It ticks off all the boxes. Terrific room layout and features. Plenty if light. Great work space. Comfortable bedding. A bathroom that was well appointed right down to the great makeup mirror. Public spaces were also nicely appointed. Location is perfect

The next room occupant played loud boom boom music until sometime around 1 am. The "business" computer equipment was not functioning for the purpose of printing out boarding passes.
