1.I loved the view, it was absolutely stunning. Room was definitely the cleanest I’ve been to. 2.The place was spotless clean. 3.Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very nice. 4.The pool was great, it’s enclosed and lots of privacy. Gym was very equipped too. They also have a private gym room which I feel it’s for ladies, you can watch gym videos on the big tv there. 5.There was a nourishment room but only had ice and water machine, most hotels sell the water but they have free water in the gym and nourishment room too. 6.Clean towels in the gym area and pool area as well. Staff was very nice and attentive.

1. I paid for breakfast included, they gave me a voucher worth $25 for breakfast which means you can’t order breakfast more than that amount. I booked the room for 2 but the voucher was for one until I spoke up and got a new one. It was not buffet breakfast like most places. You sit and order from the menu. 2. There was no toothpaste, I had to call and ask for one. 3. There was no microwave in the room 4. You pay for parking separately which is like $22 a day. 5. Reception is the same area as the nohu restaurant so definitely noisy and busy.

Breakfast was exceptional, especially in comparison to hotels in the City.

There was no information on breakfast at arrival and we received our vouchers when we asked for them. Not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient.

We loved the beautiful NYC skyline from this hotel. It was a 7min ferry from midtown NYC, and about the same time for a bus ride. Parking was about $22 for 24 hours. The hotel itself wasn’t the nicest from the autograph collection that we have stayed in, but it was beautiful! Super close to the shuttles.

Didn’t love that you have to pay for parking, but it’s not the end of the world! It’s pretty cheap for NYC area. Sometimes the key cards don’t work too well. Other than that, great!

Very good location and view, room is clean, provided very good breakfast, car parking is also very convenience.

Air-Condition seems little noise, the controller didn't work well.

I loved how super clean the rooms and hotel were super satisfied and the host/lobby clerk Chris was phenomenal best customer service ever can’t wait to come back definitely one of my top 5 hotels I recommend this place to everyone

Room and Staff where excellent

Restaurant food and drink where average. There were not enough options on the menu. We where told we could not make any substitutions or alter anything on the menu. I was told there weren't any drink options other than what was on the menu,, despite walking pass what looked like a fully stocked bar.. Wait staff sucked.
