I liked how close the hotel was to the beach. It was about a 5-7 minute walk. We stayed on the fifth floor and you couldn’t hear anyone above or below you. The staff were so friendly and personable. It was a complete family friendly environment. You would think that because it’s wildwood it would be a big party, but it was the complete opposite very relaxing. I will be returning! Probably my best hotel experience in a few years!

My only dislike, but doesn’t change my experience is you have to drive to get to the boardwalk. I had an amazing time at the Lotus Inn and I can’t wait to go back!

Location is wonderful for families. Right across the street from a playground with splash pad, bike rental, and the beach. It is about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk and tram. The pool is also wonderful for kids and babies. We used the grill too, which was a nice plus! The kitchenette is very functional and a good way to save money when traveling. It had a fridge, sink, toaster, two electric burners on the stovetop, and a microwave. There was also a coffee machine but we didn’t use it since we got the free coffee downstairs every day. Kitchenette also has all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc you will need for vacation. The staff were very attentive also, and very friendly.

Would be nice to have smart tvs (just a few channels of cable were provided), but this isn’t a deal breaker.

The location is a short walk to the beach, bike path and a beautiful park across the street.. The hotel is easy to find with ample parking. The people at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating to my husband and I. We were thrilled that the outdoors saltwater pool was open and heated so early in the season! There’s coffee in the office available in the morning and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed.

The elevator could get a bit congested at times. The AC was above the one bed so I had to step on the bed to adjust it at times, not a big deal for us but something to keep in mind if someone wasn’t physically able to do so.

The staff

Some rooms only have air conditioning in the bedroom. Others have central air. You have to be sure to book the ones with central air. Otherwise it’s too hot And also they only have 1 elevator. The stairs are really difficult when you are in the 4-6th floors. And the elevator can be far from your room on the other side. They were very acclimating and really did try to help.

Great location. Very friendly accommodating staff. Minimalistic units but you will find all you need there. Very clean and very well maintained property. New upgrades every year.

The WiFi in the fifth floor unit was dropping, not a very stable signal. The unit rates are high.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. There towels were fluffy and white. Every detail was considered. Everything we could have possibly needed or requested was already available in our room. The staff was very friendly. We were fairly close to the boardwalk and just a short stroll to the beach, which we could see from our room. The pool was kept at a very comfortable 80 degrees. There was a small guest library on sight, which I was pleasantly surprised to find. The hotel was very strict with it's No-Smoking policy, even offering a reward to those who identified smokers onsite. As a parent of a child with severe athsma, I truly appreciate the smoke-free environment and the staff's efforts to uphold it! The team they have working hear is great.

I prefer a separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a 2-in-1, but the one provided was not bad. A hot tub also would have added to the enjoyment of our stay. However, I knew one was not available here or in almost any hotel I found in the area. If the Lotus were ever to add one, I think their guests would enjoy it. I was also told, prior to covid breakfast was served. That would have been nice. But again, I was aware it was not included when booking and was just fine without it, especially because the room had a kitchen.

location to my destination was good, room was good size for a quick visit. resort was nice but was not able to utilize amenities due to time

the lighting was poor and not many receptacles-- wasn't as clean as i would prefer --refrigerator had remaining food items and hair on shower walls.

Great location, close to the beach. Also across the street was a beautiful kids playground with built in water pad. Very quiet location. Family friendly atmosphere. Pool was cleaned and maintained daily and they have a very nice propane grilling area for guest to use.

It’s best to drive a smaller vehicle to this hotel. parking spots were a bit small.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Loved the heated swimming pool. Very close to the beach. We booked a two bedroom suite and were upgraded to a three bedroom townhouse free of charge. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Wildwood.

The one and only thing was that our room didn't have any washcloths in the bathrooms. But the hotel fixed that immediately as soon as we let them know.

Great location. Nice salt water pool and library. Motel also offered snacks for purchase and coffee in the lobby. Staff were nice. Great communication via text from management.

Beds could be more comfortable. WiFi was spotty but was fine given we were on vacation.
