Staff was amazing. I had an issue with the hideabed and they got it taken care of. Breakfast was great, rooms are really nice and spacious. Enjoyed the fire place, it's a nice touch.

House keeping could do a little better job paying attention to detail. Making sure head boards, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, panel doors and air vents are wiped down and dust free.

Clean and nice, comfortable.

The homeless man in the hot tub that was drinking a whole bottle of vodka, told us he was staying in the pool all day waiting for someone to drop a key to find a bed he could sleep in that night and would not leave us alone for even a minute to spend time with our son who we drove seven hours to see who is a student at UNM. We literally couldn’t get away from him or even hold a conversation with our son because this man was up in our face the whole time and drunk and loud.

I like the fireplace but had to buy wood the bed was comfortable and it was very spacious and felt like a home

I didn't like that the spa wasn't working properly no bubbles just heat and the room could of been a little more cleaner and the amenities for the kitchen were nice to have. Breakfast was good could of been a little better because the sign said bacon or sausage and there was only sausage overall had a great time

Great location for us. Place was very clean and room were spacious. Very comfy bed. Front desk guy, I believe his name was Joeffrey, was super friendly and helpful, as well as the guy who was in charge of the breakfast room.

That they charge an extra fee for parking when there is plenty of parking available and not in a location that needs to charge.

The ladies at check in and check out were very nice and pleasant, which made my stay great from the beginning. The room was clean and our bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was nice and plenty of it. We had an overall great stay.

There was a small incident as we were having breakfast, a homeless man came in trying to help himself to the breakfast. But the young lady at the front desk politely asked him if he was a patrón and he was mumbling something to her but she insisted with the questions and he left with a yogurt in hand. It made alittle uncomfortable but the young lady took care of it, in an efficient way.

full apartment with two beds and two bathrooms is a plus for a family of 5.

Albuquerque is a very dangerous town. I don't know what has happened to Albuquerque but when the North Face salesperson last bit of advice as you leave is to make sure you don't leave anything in your car because they will steal it. not that they may, but they will steal it. Target used to be just a place to go shopping, but now it feels like it's become a demilitarized zone. there are armed guards at the entrance and walking throughout the store.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 driving through! Convenient to I-40. I wish I could tenebrous his name, but the concierge went above and beyond to make sure we were in a room that would work for us. I didn't realize when I booked the room that it would be upstairs. We are traveling with my 81 year old grandmother who has problems with her knees. I explained that to him and he gave me the keys and to call him and let him know if it was going to work. He said if it didn't, we could see about other options. I really appreciated the kindness after traveling for 9 hrs in a car.

Neighborhood was a little rough. There were several people walking around when we got there at 1:30 in the morning

Close to Whole Foods

Close to highway. A lot of homeless folks close by and unfortunately their mess. My immediate nieghbors smoked a lot of cigarette’s, drank a lot of beer outside the door on the landing and as a result there were a lot of cigarette butts and bottle caps on the landing and surrounding grounds. Smoke seeped into my suite. Wished there was an oven along with the cook top. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work Did laundry one day and one of the washing machines took my money, but did not start. Had to try a second time, second machine, with very helpful staff present, who acknowledged my frustration and showed compassion and told me how to contact the folks who manage the machines.

The desk clerk was very accommodating when I requested a suite close to the parking lot @ check-in. I was pleasantly surprised @ the cleanliness and amenities of the suite, with a fireplace??!! The bed was so comfortable, it was extremely hard to get out of it and start my day!! I will definitely list this location as a favorite and stay here in the future! A+ !!

Being picky, there are no elevators for the second story; which could be treacherous with luggage on icy steps!

That we were upgraded to the pent house at no charge to us. Which was an awesome surprise!!!

There was a lady that was handling breakfast. She was very rude. My husband and I came down just to get a cup so we could get coffee and she automatically assumed we were trying to get left over breakfast (which we were not because our car was packed and we were heading out). She very rudely and loud said " breakfast was over at 9:30" which my husband responded that we were just getting coffee.
