I liked the atmosphere and the location relative to the activities we participated in. I liked that we were able to have our grandchildren come and swim with us in the pool. The water was a little too cold, but kids are used to freezing when they go to swimming pools. They just like to swim and play and that is what we did. The staff was really accommodating, cheerful, and friendly.

I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was filled in and not operational. There wasn't enough handicapped parking.

Location was brilliant, facilities were great, and the cleaning staff were very good.

There was no hot tub even though it was advertised, this has been removed by the hotel. The hotel incorrectly charged me $2,200 on checkin as they had not yet been paid by booking.com which was to the detriment of me, your guest. So not happy with booking.com and the service they provided as they left us in a poor position.

Had snacks after ballon festival

Not enough info about hotel and the elevator needed room key to use and was not told . Shuttle driver didn’t give clear instructions on where to meet him after the balloon festival .

one staff member at the bar/restaurant had a cold/flu/illness would literally sneeze and cough non stop for the 20 min while I waited for my food. A person exhibiting every symptom of a cold should not come to work. it was obvious to everyone around. her manager should have forced her to go home. she risked the life of my dying immunocompromised mother I’m visiting. as well as everyone else around. ridiculous.

I enjoyed the room and how nice it was. The location of the hotel was perfect and the price we paid was reasonable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had to ask for extra towels and face clothes because there was only one set in the room, but other than that no issues.

This was a very good hotel. It was in a great area and I personally looked into the uptown area since we were on a cross-country move and didn't want to worry about our car. This is a conference hotel so they have a bar and full restaurant and cafe. We were traveling with our medium size dog and the staff was very accomodating and we were able to sit downstairs with our dog. Other properties claimed to be pet friendly but they mean just the room, not really anywhere else. At this property we felt completely welcomed.

No one fault but the carpet was causing us and our dog extreme static. Theres carpet throughout the entire hotel. But I mean what can you do when you're made of fur...

Wonderful rooms. Super clean

Shower hard to use. Need to update the welcome message and eliminate mask mandate. Do not know what expert thought it a good idea to put the chraging statkons so that any users blocked the main entrance.

staff was terrific. helpful and cheerful. AA crews stay in this hotel.

The restaurant food was greasy. Eat somewhere else. all of Albuquerque is crime ridden so do not leave valuables in your car and put the club on your steering wheel. This location is probably your best bet as the parking lot is lit up well and they have hotel security patrolling. The weather was below freezing so thieves we’re probably not motivated to go out. Guess we got lucky. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor.

The breakfast was later than most. Accommodations was wonderful.

My daughter saw stains on bed coverings and carpet. I was startled each time during the night when air conditioner came on.

Staff was very accommodating. We were there for a bowl game. Your staff treated the team and staff very well!

We should.have asked for a blanket.
