Breakfast was great for the price paid for. The lady serving was great, pleasant and very welcoming to the area. Greeted every guest as they arrived. Always quick on replenishing the empty trays.

I notice that the lady preparing the food was also doing lobby maintenance i.e.,.. cleaning, mopping (handling the water bucket and mop). I did not see her wash her hand and maybe she did it in the kitchen room (if they have a sink), but could you remind if they're serving food, to please wash their hands before serving/prepping food. Otherwise, it was a great and the lady was nice. This is nothing negative on her performance. She was very welcoming to all customers.

The staff was outstanding. Our vehicle broke down while on the way to Clovis and what was supposed to be a long weekend ended up being a week long stay. They did everything they could to help us, make sure that we were comfortable, accommodated, and taken care of. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very, very comfortable. We make an annual trip to Clovis, and we will be sure to stay again.

Housekeeping should have offered to take the trash and offered clean towels every day.

The bed and that you had the extra blanket in the room,

That they put me clear down on the very end of the room when I asked that I wanted the bottom floor because I am handicap for my feet have trouble walking long distance if I got second floor at least put me closer to the elevators that was the only thing I didn’t like that they gave me the room that was cleared on the other end of the floor and not close to the elevators .

I love that the reception are very nice. went out their way to help me out with my three-year-old and get him. Milk. had lovely conversations with them. night time. I'm not a good sleeper, so just to get out the room and know. That's someone's there to help. I appreciate it.

And no complaints the breakfast was a little powdered eggs taste like and the gravy was watery

Quiet peaceful clean

Asked the front desk could I get someone to bring clean towels and clean bedding and change trash but was told no one was there to do it and I had to wait until the next morning but I could come get both…unacceptable since I was there for two nights ..I didn’t even sleep there the second night I went to my boyfriends hotel ..Housekeeping should be available upon request

great staff and comfortable bed

the pool/ hot tub area was more on the grungy end. hey didn’t work but we soak for a few mins. our shower was also grungy with the tile. the bathroom floor filled with water while taking a shower. and we stepped on little thistles in the carpet a few times.

The property was clean and quiet. Ample towels and wash cloths. The refrigerator was very cold. Ned was very comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable.

Smelled a little musty near the pool area and the room. Ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper. There was black mold on the brackets on the handicap rails in the tub. Shower water didn’t drain.

It has a restaurant, bar, big store, and very nice beds.

The toilet had no lid which is illegal in hotels in the state I am from. The law is for health reasons. Plus, our balcony rail was loose. To be fair, they are upgrading the property.

The swimming pool and hot tub were not operational, staff said they were waiting for parts. Was looking forward to using the pool and hot tub
