Front desk/ housekeeping/owner was very nice! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I had also accidentally left some items behind and they kept them in a bag for me to be able to pick back up. I loved the conversations and kindness from the front desk clerk. It was such a surprise that such a great hotel was in such a small town! I was visiting the area to assist at the cheeseburger festival and spend the wknd with my husband! There is a grocery store across the street as well! I really enjoyed my stay and highly advise staying here when in the area!

Did not have bath tub, just a shower but that’s ok. Ac fan was loud but I like a loud fan.

Coffee was great along with the breakfast items. The staff was very friendly. Great location for our purpose. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly. Ample parking was available and even with so much wind, the property was clean.

Friendly and accommodating staff; exceptionally clean; well-renovated. A hidden gem of an inn, located in a rural Panhandle community, that outperforms many of the larger "chain" hotels I've stayed in. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish there was a coffee maker in each room rather than solely in the lobby. But the hot coffee in the lobby was lovely nonetheless.

The rooms are super clean. The staff/owners are friendly and helpful. This was our 3rd stay here and will likely stay again.

Way more than we expected! Clean, new interiors, huge rooms, laundry facilities, near food. Don’t pass this place by. We stayed two nights instead of one because we felt so comfortable and relaxed.

Extremely clean and well taken care of. This property was a surprise to find in small town Friona. The family that owns it really takes pride in the up keep and are very welcoming.

For being in a small town that is out in the panhandle of Texas this motel is a hidden gem. It is an unassuming place that looks like many other small town motels - single level with limited number of rooms. Sure, it's a basic room that any motel would have but the price to quality ratio is great. At $60/night one wouldn't expect much like an inferior bed, uncaring staff, etc. But management is friendly, does care how the room is, are you happy with it, do you need maid service today, many things that even larger hotels fall short on. We had a room with a comfortable king bed, comfortable love seat with coffee table, as well as a small desk with a nice office chair. Television carried almost as many channels as one could want. Not really any breakfast to speak of - just coffee and some snack bars but that was fine by us. We didn't expect a buffet for the price of the room. All in all, if you're visiting the area for whatever reason this is THE motel to stay at! Thanks Friona Inn for a great week-long stay!

Would have preferred to be up closer to office, only because a lot of people in back row, and couldn’t park by room.

We have found this Inn to be consistently comfortable and quiet. It's a great little stop. Very good pizza just a small walk away too.

The room was larger than I expected, and very clean, the staff were very friendly.. definitely will come back and tell family about the place
