The quick and easy check-in. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is away from traffic and busy commotion. Was able to get an amazing nights rest, especially traveling with children

I have no negative reviews about this hotel. It’s my second time staying at this location, and it’s always welcoming. The breakfast, staff, everything was and is great

the double room with sofa bed is super large and very clean. I think probably 1.5 to twice the size of regular hotel room. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from. we are so happy with the experience that we extended the stay. Also near a river with lots of wild life: pigeon, goose, duck. take a short walk to the riverside if you can while you stay there.

gym equipment is a little old but still functional

Breakfast was great, my kids loved playing in the pool. It felt safe, the room was great.

We were there for check in 2 hours aftee check in time and our room wasnt ready for another 20 minutes. I think there was a shortage in staffing but it was difficult trying to keep my kids happy in lobby room. A call ahead or email to let me know would have been nice just so I could plan ahead with kids. But room was great and staff was kind and was doing the best they could with shortage of staff.

that we got room service the 1 day of the 4 days we stayed there. but they did say every three days there would be room service. so idk.

We were on a 6-week road trip and I have to highlight that the receptionist (her name was Ping from what I remember) was the most professional and friendly receptionist we met throughout our trip (and we stayed in a range of hotels). Moreover: Nice breakfast, laundry, and the nice size of the room made our stay a really pleasant experience

The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. The facility was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

this place is clean, the staff was friendly and since it’s a little older, the walls are thicker than new hotels so i didn’t have to hear everyone around our room. everyone was cool with our N95 masks.

The hot and cold breakfast buffet was fantastic! Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, granola, toast, oj, milk and coffee. Quiet, comfy, good location.

I was given my key card and entered my room to find other people's stuff inside. Good thing they weren't there! I guess there was a computer glitch. Also, in my intended room the carpet was wet in several areas from shampooing but at least I knew it had just been cleaned.

The room is big, clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs are friendly, breakfast has many cold and hot varieties. and the location is easy to find.

1. During the 2-day stay, the WIFI in the room did not work, which was surprising and inconvenient. The manger gave a discounts for that. 2. The housekeeping staff did not replace shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion.

well kept! I was put in a room that didn’t match what I reserved initially. I went to the front desk and was taken care of efficiently, friendly, and they didn’t make me feel like I was a burden
