The room was immaculate. Everything was well maintained. I am a light sleeper and was able to sleep all night, no interruptions. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was great to include made fresh egg omelets. Would definitely reccomend.

They have a foldaway luggage holder, but there was nowhere in the room to set it up in the room, but I just opened it in the closet and set my suitcase on it in there. So no worries.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, roomy, had everything I needed. The shower was bigger than I thought. The beds were very comfortable. They had a full, hot breakfast available. (Omeletes, waffles, biscuits and gravy) Along with cereal, juice, oatmeal, muffins and more. The pool was cold, but the jacuzzi was nice and hot.

The pool was cold, but we still swam. Lol. The maid was a bit rude on check out, but other than that, it was a great room.

Cindy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The lady making omelets at breakfast also was great at her job.

There is a laundry for guests but there was no detergent there to buy. We stayed on the ground floor but noted no elevator was a problem for some guests on upper floors.

The room and bathroom was nice and clean. The custom made omelets were good too. Great room at a great price. I'll definitely be staying here again

Dem biscuits was hard and the coffee was weak. The coffee tasted good but i didn't get the expected caffeine boost i need every morning. Farmer Brothers coffee is always a good choice, just a little suggestion.

The staff was super nice and the breakfast was amazing.

The smoke detector battery was beeping in our room. We told the staff about it. They said to just disable it, however, it kept beeping. That along with the room not being clean, we asked for another room. They gave us one. Ot was much better and we were able to have a comfortable stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My breakfast omelet was delicious. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

The carpet was dirty and stained. The coffee was not good -- way too weak.

The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices. The omelettes were well made and biscuits and gravy surprisingly yummy! The staff were all very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our experience. 😊👍

Good area, clean room and staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. They had a lady that made omelets for us. Great place to stay while on the road.

I can think of nothing negative to say about our stay in Gallup.

It smelled amazing! We usually stay somewhere that has horrible smells, but this was a wonderful place that smelled amazing!! The room was so spacious, it was small but everything was placed so there was room! Very lovely and convenient. The front desk associates were extremely friendly and housekeeping kindly brought us the extra crib we needed.

We booked our rooms when there was an internet outage. Sleep Inn was one of the few hotels that were able to check in travelers. They were awesome. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast made to order omelets were the bomb.

I can't complain about a single thing. They saved the day.
