The clerk at check-in was friendly. I don't travel much and had some questions at check-in, but the clerk put me at ease while still doing a good job of protecting your interests. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Climate controls were easy to understand. I had a great stay.

My only difficulty - and it's not something you can control - was the lack of food options in the neighborhood. Remembering the microwave, however, I picked up a frozen burrito at a nearby convenience store that I could heat and eat without utensils. I might have selected something like a frozen dinner if I had brought utensils of if there had been some in the room.

Very clean, great water pressure in the shower, the room was equipped with/ a microwave & refrigerator. Nice fluffy pillows. I loved the lights above bed. Very spacious. Only thing I would recommend is on the one side of bed for the night stand there wasn’t a plug in for phones. The other one had plenty but maybe providing a cord the stretches over to other side of bed for phone plug in. The continental breakfast only consisted of make ur own waffles, cereal, toast, mini muffins, coffee w/ powdered creamer, orange juice, & apple juice. Was hoping for maybe some bacon or sausage to go with waffles.

The room is very comfortable, tidy, clean. Extra pillow, bathtub a plus, shampoo and two soaps. I have stayed in Gallup many times. I've stayed in cheaper hotels and more expensive hotels there. Red Roof is by far the most comfortable and clean with the best pricing. I booked thru an on-line travel app and requested a room facing the parking lot. The hotel was obliging. Everything about my stay was good if not great.

Because i have a dog we walked around the property. I noticed the grounds could have used some work; trash, broken glass in parking lot+. The fault of inconsiderate ppl. The room would be a 10+ w/ at least one usb outlet for charging my phone.

The night staff was very kind as were the morning staff at check out. Clean beds/room and quiet location far enough from highway noise. Breakfast options included: coffee, orange juice, sealed muffins, diy mini waffle station, and instant oats and cereal.

Pool closed for the season. Shared walls were pretty soundproof but I could hear people walking around… this wasn’t enough to keep me awake.

The room was comfortable. Beds were a plus, quiet and above all the shower was excellent

I didnt like the workers at front desk conversing about their private lives. Id eeally liked to have enjoyed my waffles and coffe in good conversations NOT about gossip, ez girlfriends, fighting with boyfriends and the lady says she was a good time person before... there was guests in the brea6atea as well but left.

I happened to book the room on the day of the train derailment and closure on 40 east. I finally made it. The room was clean and all amenities were working.I was happy I had prepaid because hundreds of semis were stopped at this exit.

I was in a handicap accessible unit. There was only a deep bathtub available for a shower. Hope they put in an accessible shower soon.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They moved us to another room when our AC wasn't working properly. The bed was SO comfortable. Like sleeping on a marshmallow, but didn't hurt either of our backs.

The property is a bit worn, but the bed comfy, good AC, and good pressure in the shower. Great value for the price.

We stayed in many hotels on our cross- country trip so my memory is a little fuzzy. We stayed at your hotel last year and had a room with a huge desk which my husband loved. We didn't get that room type this year, but the room we had was fine - just not the one we had hoped for.

I don't have a memory of anything we disliked.

Big room. Oldish but clean and repainted. Good water pressure for showers. Coffee and tea in room. Floors work well as we have a dog. Nice size TV. We liked the table and 2 chairs in the room to eat our supper.

Not close to restaurants. The breakfast place is small.

Just off the freeway with easy parking outside of unit . Reception was very welcoming with easy checking in . Loved the super king bed and desk area was a bonus . Breakfast was basic with nice with waffles, cereal , coffee and juices .

Not a lot of chooses to eat except fast food unless you drive into town .
