The staff were very nice and worked well under pressure. Due to the fires in nearby towns, Roswell became the evacuation location. They also had a convention staying and the hotel was sold out. We weren’t able to get a ground floor room since everyone also requested this due to no elevators, only stairs. Traveling with two persons who have trouble using stairs this wasn’t ideal but not the hotels fault at all. Plus there are literally guests staying there who have or may have lost all their possessions in the fires. I hardly have anything to complain about. I think the staff did a great job and stayed calm when the lines were long at check in. They helped everyone and did it with grace.

Only having stairs and no elevators would have been nice to know beforehand. I would have booked a different hotel for the night. I honestly cannot say that they are necessary for any other time than this particular stay. I don’t see this hotel normally being completely sold out and unable to accommodate persons with a disability who cannot walk upstairs. Plus only having two stories elevators hardly seem necessary for the average travelers. It only affects our family due to disability and there was nothing the hotel could have done differently given their full capacity. Breakfast was dismal but wasn’t a deal breaker considering it’s an added bonus when available and more options.

The room was big and comfortable. The restroom was clean and had what was needed. Shower pressure was awsome. Most showers water barley comes out. Location was very convenient. Ac worked great kept it nice and cold throughout the whole Night. Besides breakfast not being great I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast choices were good. Biscuits n gravy sausage patties waffles. But was not well prepared as far as Gravy being cold, sausage patties were left out to long they were hard. A Lil more attention would have made it a great breakfast.

Pretty much as advertised, comfy and clean.

One reason rented was the indoor pool and hot tub, but they were out of services and Empty of water… that was not advertised at all, so was disappointing.

They have done so much to this property and doing even more. I will definitely be coming back here.

Right now, I didn’t like it because the pool wasn’t open, but it was on their advantage because they were remodeling it so hopefully next time when I come, it will be open and it looks beautiful

The location was fantastic

The room was big and very spacious but just felt dark, maybe I’m used to more lighting in the uk but a few scattered lamps just wasn’t enough for me personally

LOVED ALL! Location, rooms were amazing, staff was great and friendly! Breakfast was a BONUS. We have now found our regular hotel in Roswell, NM! We will be back! Thanks so much for the hospitality! Gretchen Cisneros

Everything. Friendly clean everything we needed. Pet friendly! Roscoe was happy too.

When walking the dog I noticed a lot of trash around the side of the hotel parking. Too bad bcuz the stay was great. I'm thinking homeless?

The breakfast was better than most during covid. The staff was friendly. The pool was still closed, I do not know if this was surge related or some other reopening semi post covid delay. The workout space was pretty nice they really need a new cable on the weight machine but generally t was nice.

Disappointed that the in room fridge didn't have a freezer door so we could not get ice cream, or freeze our cooler blocks.. Since Roswell is pretty hot they are really missing out on not using the inside park for more activities. It is a temperature controlled space. The gazebo was pretty and looked inviting, I told my daughter we could go there to read in the afternoon but on closer inspection there were no chairs. It would also be a nice space to have a few activities like a BYOB evening meet and greet once or twice a week.

It was a bit dirty in the corners under the sink and there were some things under the chair - I didn't look

Very good room, large with 2 TV's a couch.

The pool was closed, and green......during the hot summer folks need to cool off and not having the pool open is a big bummer.....Hey management open up the pool for folks....
