staff was very nice, room was clean, area was safe and pretty quiet despite being located so close to a restaurant/bar. Pool was open for use and breakfast was good. Internet signal was kinda glitchy just cuz my phone kept switching between the 2 different routers connections they had available so that was slightly annoying but not so much that it changed the over stay. All in all was one of my best stays I've had in Roswell, NM.

The only thing was I took my 2 small dogs with me and I guess I misread online that the pet deposit would be just a solid price for pet to stay and no they charged me per dog and it was not refundable the way other facilities I've stayed at where they would check the condition of the room after check out and as long as the room only needed the normal cleaning like after any stay in them and there was no added dirtiness or damage from the dogs staying in the room, then I would be refunded my deposit. So being charged double and then not getting that money back in the morning was quite upsetting and put me in a bit of a bind financially.

Reasonably priced, comfortable and good location

Wifi was subpar, low water pressure and extremely hard water made a shower rather pointless? Refrigerator in the room barely kept anything cool. The sign at the check in counter encourages people to not use third party booking sites like booking.com and Expedia because of the high fees being charged that affects their profits, yet they want to charge almost double that price by booking with them directly! Here's a thought if you don't want us to use third party sites - offer up a fair price comparable to what third party sites offer and keep the profit!

Comfy beds and spacious room. Breakfast was also decent, cold food options and hot coffee.

A bit noisy in the morning. Early "housekeeping" and knocks on doors, 8 am. My toddler was still sleeping and it was pretty loud. No elevator and had only top floor option for my dog.

The breakfast was great but could've been a little more diversified. Have a heath food morning and a fried food selection on varying days. Provide more juice selections.

I loved the alien-themed decorations, I thought that was so fun! My friend and I really enjoyed goofing around taking pictures with the big wooden alien statue out front. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good. I would stay again if I returned to Roswell.

The staff were amazing! We booked last minute because of fire evacuations in Ruidoso. It was very crowded but the front desk crew remained calm and kind and very professional through this chaotic time. The rooms were very clean.

The location is conveniently located and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

This wasn't an issue for me, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Just something to consider if you have a lot of luggage to haul upstairs.

Breakfast was good not any sausage or bacon but was desent. Rooms floors no carpet so liked way floors were redone.swimming pool and hot tub were great for kids

I know was only 2 levels but no elevator and carrying bags upstairs to 2nd floor was hard. Especially with people of disabilities I can imagine. It was hard for me thank goodness had my sister bc of my RA just hard climbing stairs.

This is our go to for Roswell stays. Rooms are clean and affordable. They welcome our very large pup, an American Bulldog, with open arms. He is just a big baby after all. We joke we need a membership card with how often we stay here.

So far every stay has been good. No issues.

The gentleman who checked me in & the one who checked me out were very friendly. The room & lobby were very clean. The location is on the main strip in Roswell with easy access to everything.
