Breakfast was terrific, as was the breakfast room staff. Room was exceptional. Cleanliness was very good. As we traveled with a small dog, pet friendly policy was essential.

Disappointed the swimming pool was out of service the whole time we were there. That was the main reason we chose C.I. and S. by Radisson in the first place, as my grandchildren were looking forward to joining us to use the pool.

The bed was very comfortable. There was the bedroom with separate lounge which was useful. I did choose this property for the extra space since we were staying 4 nights. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive out of Ithaca and is central to exploring the area although you have to drive into Ithaca for restaurant options.

The breakfast is extensive but not great quality. We stayed four nights. The rooms are cleaned after 3 days so even though we stayed 4 nights our room was not cleaned during that time. Extra soap etc was available from reception.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The front desk guy was the nicest and very welcoming. He was an exceptional employee and very friendly and answered any question that we had. I also want to mention that my daughter left her Christmas card with $50 cash in it and when I called two days later after getting back to Orlando, I thought the worst that they weren’t gonna have it because I know that she left it in the room, well to our surprise, the cleaning staff. Found it and put it in the safe and that is a very honest cleaning staff and I appreciate it so much because my daughter was so heartbroken because it was a Christmas card from her grandfather that has been very ill. I will always come back to the same hotel, no matter what and because of the experiences that I’ve had they have a customer for life. You have some great employees that make it a great place.

We only had one issue while we were there and that was that the toilet didn’t flush and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room number 208 did not work so we had to go downstairs and let them know but it was fixed that same day that we told them when we came back from visiting friends.

Everything was a great--clean, comfy beds, and a good location. I always enjoy a hot breakfast and they had the waffle maker so we were all happy and content before striking out to visit nearby waterfalls! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because one of the features I was looking for was an indoor pool. They had one and of course it was not operational. I wish they would update their listings. It made me cancel the second night in Ithaca and book somewhere else.

Location good. Clean and comfortable.

Location was nice easy to get anywhere..beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Checking in staff wasn't friendly at all..not even a hello when we walked in. Was told rooms not ready until 3 which was fine but at 3 an hour later it still wasn't ready. Walls were thin the guy in the room next to ours snored all night keeping me awake. Seriously.

Staff, breakfast, room size/comfort/cleanliness were great.

it was great having a refrigerator in the room, but the freezer section needed defrosting, so the door couldn't close properly. the toilet tank broke. These are everyday things that happen sometimes. This hotel was exceptional, especially at this price point.

The hotel's location was great -- easy access to town and incredible state parks. It was nice to have several breakfast options each morning. Having a suite gave us extra space that was appreciated. Staff were friendly & hard-working, specially those who kept restocking at breakfast.

Hotel was a bit loud & we could hear some of what was going on in the hall or other rooms (including footsteps above us). There were rocking chairs right outside the main door but it would be nice to have more outdoor space.

I loved the room and the selection of the breakfast. The people at check in were amazing.

the only issue we had was later at night we went to get coffee and the cups that were left had a leak in them but the front desk did rectify it by bringing out new cups but didn't remove the ones that were left that had the hole in them. Other than that everything else was great.

The rooms were big and functional, there was plenty of room. Great showerhead!

It’s an older property. They’ve done a really good job inside. at first I was concerned when I pulled up and it looked like it needed. A lot of landscaping, things were overgrown in the front. Also, the parking lot is overdue for repaving. Otherwise, I’m happy with my day and stay there again.
