I appreciated all of the above. The breakfast was very good, as well.

The last night of my stay, the people in the adjoining room to mine were extremely noisy, banging loudly, yelling at a most inconvenient time...midnight to 1:00 AM. Therefore, I did not sleep well with a long drive back home the next day.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The pool was great - no one else was there so we had it to ourselves. The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful. Just 8 minutes from historic downtown Kingston, which has a lot of great places to eat. A great place for our one-night stay to see a performance at Bard Music Festival.

Honestly I have no real complaints. The only thing that was even slightly inconvenient was the elevator. There was only one, and it on the small side and sometimes slow.

Bristo bar only has one staff to take order as well as prepare food, so takes a bit time for orders Water drains slow in the tub when showering (about an inch of water stays till you shut the water)

Cleanliness of the bed and bathroom were the most important factors. Also the hotel did not smell like an animal shelter. I am tired of place where the halls and rooms smell like a kennel. This place was well maintained.

The hostess at the front desk, Christina, was very friendly,helpful and gave us good advise on where to visit. She also remembered our names which amazed me. The location of this hotel is good, it was very clean, quiet and the whole staff was very friendly and the beds are very comfortable. There is a nice little patio out back to sit and enjoy the weather. They have a small eating area with coffee and food and drinks to purchase. Which was great if you didn’t want to get back in the car after a long drive. There is a Target right next door if you need to buy something. I would definitely stay here again.

We only had breakfast here 3 times but it wasn’t consistent in quality. One day the roll for the egg sandwich was stale and the whole thing was kind of tasteless.. I wish they offered a continental breakfast for free but having the choice of hot food is nice. I also thought it was a little pricey for what you got.

I was able to use the side entrance closer to my car which made things much easier since there was snow on the ground. I very much liked the comfort of the bed and the furnishings in the bedroom.

The staff was nice and the place was clean, my two priorities.

I thought it was bad that we had to pay for a bagel in the morning. After all, the place seemed kind of pricey. Even in inexpensive hotels you get a fee bagel in the morning. It wasnt that the bagel was so expensive. It just didnt feel very welcoming. The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted and after the 31/2 hour blackout (caused by the storm) the a/c never worked again. So during the whole night there was not a/c.

here for my nephew’s wedding - 240/night a bit expensive- would have been nice if you gave a reduced rate to the 18 guests attending the wedding and staying at courtyard
