The place was beautiful and well kept. Love that they repurposed an old brick yard.

1) Water Pressure too weak in the showers. 2) There should be showers near saunas 3) Think about having hot tubs or a heated pool in your spa. It would make it a complete experience. 4) No daily housekeeping

The place was beautiful! Breakfast was nice but disappointing. The staff was helpful, polite and very helpful! We upgraded from a queen cabin and were just beyond delighted with the new room!! Loved the record player and romantic setting.

Nothing it was fantastic and safe!

Beautiful setting and landscaping. Wonderful historical structures and ruins on the property. Smartly designed cabins with attention to necessary details. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Continental breakfast could be better

Absolutely gorgeous and well appointed property. Rustic and comfortable cabins and beautiful vistas of the Hudson River .

The bathrooms are teeny tiny , but they are authentic for a glamping -like experience .

The location's views. The Mansion was cool, too!

Breakfast was subpar considering the hotels rate. Confusing as to where checkin was.

Don’t bring a suitcase. There’s nowhere to put it! Cabin has bare minimum of space and appointments Breakfast is very light but gourmet yogurt Having said that - it’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed walking around This would be ideal for wedding if guests can afford it

Don’t bring a suitcase - no room You may want something to your breakfast

November 2024

Views of the river and property were nice. Appreciated the toiletries and really comfy towels. Place heated up quickly, even in a chilly November.

Staff were totally unresponsive. Night we arrived I tried to get help with the WiFi (which didn’t work at all in the room). Had to leave a voicemail but no one contacted me. The next day I texted to request change of sheets and early check out, since they prefer you text. No in answered again so after several hours I went to the front desk to confirm I had the right number. They weren’t sure what the number was, then confirmed it but never offered to accommodate my requests. At this point, I saw so many negative reviews on the sauna and found it impossible to get info from the staff that I didn’t even try the sauna, which was a big reason why we booked. Second point is more of a preference - there is no mirror or frosting on the cain windows, which all face a path through the property. If you want privacy, it’s not a great location because you’re exposed all day. Lastly, the shower and sink were very small (even for someone 5’2”). There is also a train nearby that you hear all night. All things I could have overlooked if the customer service had been adequate but unfortunately it was a very unpleasant stay.
