Our stay was very nice and stayed an extra day.... The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.... We really appreciated the staff who were very nice and went out of their way to please us.....

nothing...we didn't expect too much because of the low price but it was nicer than expected...really nothing was bad.....

Connor was a FANTASTIC host!! He helped ensure we had parking during an insanely busy time for them which was incredibly appreciated by this very pregnant guest!

It would have been nice for us to have been pre-blocked into a room further from the “living-room” after party that our group hosts. We were directly next to it in a room with an older bed that was bad on my back. We made it work, but for the future I would suggest always blocking pregnant guests in a more comfortable room. Does not cloud my assessment that Connor and the staff are AMAZING though!

The location is incredible! Just a three minute walk to Lake George, so there's no need to pay for parking at the lake. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and you can tell that the owners are putting a lot of love into renovating the hotel. The rooms have keyless entry, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of a key card. It's also dog friendly, and they charge a nightly rate of $30. I thought this was perfectly reasonable. This room is best suited for a solo traveler, maybe a couple. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly by a couple of days, and luckily I didn't have to switch rooms. They were very accommodating. Also, I had to work "from home" all week, and I never experienced issues with the Wifi. It was able to support video conference calls without any issues!

The room could benefit from an additonal table or clothing rack to set belongings on. However, the rate is so reasonable that I can't really complain. In fact, I was surprised to see such a clean, tidy room at such a low rate. I would definitely stay here again!

I had such incredible conversations with the co-Owners Connor & Derrick. These guys were so warm and welcoming and professional . My dog and I felt incredibly safe and taking care of. I could tell they genuinely care about helping people sustaining a property up to its maximum capacity of value and our genuine dog lovers through and through. Their tips about using the water and local trailheads was incredibly useful to me as I ventured out to Lake George and the sleeping beauty Trail. I look forward to coming back and making this another tradition trip.

This is a great location, we went for the Wine and Food Fest. It was literally right across the street so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they let us check in early and check out late!! They said they purchased the property and renovated it (I have no idea what it looked like before). I am not sure if they are still doing some renovations, it sounded like they still had some things they wanted to do. But for the location it was a great place! It was a little pricey but being a tourist town, it probably wasn’t. I did not check out prices of other places at the time of booking, we wanted to be close to the festival so chose the first one we found.

Nothing we disliked about the property, the room could have used a closet type thing, there were no hooks, or anyplace to hang our clothing. There were some noisy people late at night but it did quiet down around midnight I think.

The new owners were wonderful - incredibly helpful & accommodating! They were flexible with allowing us to leave our car parked in the lot before & after checking in/out so we could spend more time in town and they allowed us to check out a little later at noon since the property wasn't busy. It helped us extend our stay in Lake George so we could enjoy more time in town! Shower was totally fine, we didn't experience water pressure or temperature issues like other reviews have mentioned.

Rooms have been nicely renovated, but there are still some improvements to be made for sure. Not a ton of sound proofing in the room so you hear other guests walking by at night and even some street noise. Turning up the AC helped us drown it out though.

Didn't have breakfast. But Connor & the staff was great. They let us in prior to check in & had the option to check out late at no extra charge.

The threat of rain the next morning which didn't allow us to sleep in because my wife & I were on my motorcycle.

The new owners were super nice. The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The location is ideal for those who don’t mind a 5 min walk into town. Quiet and peaceful in the room at night. If you just cross the street you have a straight walk down to the lake with a side walk and lights (if you like walking at night)

The shower pressure was very low and the water never really got hot, just semi warm, which isn’t a big deal since everything was super clean. Also the AC/heating unit didn’t really work, it would turn on for a few mins then just turn off, again not a big deal just wanted to mention that.
