Breakfast was ok, Elsie the older lady in the breakfast area was amazing. She made sure everyone had what they needed and believe me that place was packed the whole time. The food was ok...

The hallway could have been cleaner, the bathroom shower, you could see the rust at the bottom, I think that can be an easy fix. (Nothing to be concern) The beds were ok. Overall, a good stay. I really think they should have a firepit with some chairs in the back or around the pool, also some kind of kid friendly things so they can attract more families.

The room was comfortable. The included breakfast was more than adequate (scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, very good coffee, and a wide selection of pastries, cereals, and yogurts. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and generally wonderful.

The walls in our room were a little thin. I could hear our neighbor's cell phone conversation, word for word. He may have been especially loud, or it could have been where he was standing. He quieted down early and it led to no issues, but it may have become an issue if he was more of a night owl.

We wanted a place that was pet friendly. They offered free breakfast thats always a plus when traveling. Room was spacious and cozy.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t opened till 10am and it closed at 10pm we were either out before it was open or got back and it was closed.

it has both indoor and outdoor pools. the breakfast was excellent. the location was great. the room was spacious and tidy. the staff was very friendly and helpful!

while it is not a problem if you have a vehicle, if you don’t, it is a far walk to the boardwalk from the hotel. Maybe a shuttle (two/three times a day) from the the hotel to the attractions on Canada street could help out some tourists.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Good size frig in room, nice and clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries.The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast included was good, the coffee and the lobby and in room were very nice to have available.

We did use pool and spa but water was on the cloudy side. Also small so got crowded quickly. The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud. There should be a quiet time enforced - well after midnight people were in the hall talking loudly, small children running / yelling and even so loud in other rooms with door shut could hear them.

Clean and quiet hotel in good location not too far from city centre. Room has a fridge, and safe Had heated indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool. Nice staff. Complimentary breakfast was simple but good. They have a microwave out to use and tea and coffee available in the common area

The beds were creaky one was like a teeter totter, (but still comfortable) but they were loud Outdoor pool clean but not heated. No microwave

Friendly staff, great breakfast served, clean room for age of hotel. My request for early check in was accommodated despite short notice & staff! The staff goes over & above to make your stay comfortable.

Sounds silly, but the hallway carpeting-the design looked like the illusion of an unfinished floor waiting to be redone.

The physical location is a big plus. The young lady at the front desk was very freindly and very helpfull. The room was clean and accesible. Parking was plentyfull. The breakfast served is very helpfull to start one's day.

I had nothing to complain about.

the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed! The breakfast buffet is really good and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The king size room was extremely clean and I really have no complaints about the protest. Will definitely book here again when in the area again.

Breakfast breakfast was over the top so many choices and excellent staff! All the food was fresh and a very comfortable place to eat it
