I liked the location, the room layout and the combination door lock. The suite was particularly clean when I arrived and the maid washed my breakfast dishes. Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay and was fairly well-suited for my four-day fishing trip.

There were stairs up to my first floor room. Inasmuch as I needed to tote fishing poles and other equipment into and out of my room, this was less than ideal. Also, it would have been better if there was back-in parking permitted at the building rather than across the lot.

very clean with a very warm welcoming beach decor. The room was very cozy with a lot of the amenities we needed for a longer stay in Montauk.

apparently it was not communicated properly when we rented the room that it wasn’t near the beach but approximately across the street from the beach access. not a big deal but one detail that would have influenced my choice in booking with them and someone else . the property has a lot of very immature young people who were very drunk and loud most of the night and had to be threatened by other customers by the police to quiet down after 1:30 in the morning. not good- we were looking for a quiets night rest and didn’t get one .

I liked the location being near the beach and businesses. Convenient location with parking. The room was cozy and had all facilities in one space.

The price was a little of a hindrance even though it was lowest in area. Some lights were not working.

Good hotel in center of town easy to walk to most shops/restaurants, across street from beach as well. Good for our small family with the main bedroom and pull out couch in the living room with a small kitchen as well. Been there a few times its good value for the money especially if you go during the week.

The property is very central. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is perfect! The room and property were clean and organized. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, including all cookware. The room access was electronic and with a code, which is easy and fast.

The idea of having to request essentials through an app sounds great and worked well, except the delivery.. they left the plastic bag outside of the door and I felt they could’ve come in to drop off inside or texted when delivered. Other than that everything was perfect!

Location was very central and a few steps from the beach. Montauk Circle was right behind us as well. Solid experience! Montauk prices are out of control these days so this, as much as it was still pretty pricey, was in a much more affordable bracket than some others with little sacrifice.

I think that the rooms probably vary a little more than I would have liked versus the pictures posted. Some I’m sure were very nice, others just ok. I’d say our fell somewhere in the middle of those two.

Location was wonderful! So close to all the shops, restaurants, and beach.

There was one night when the water temperature of the shower did not remain warm-hot. Even after waiting a couple hours it was still cold.

Location location location convenient to all in the heart of town

I have come here every year and this is the first time my room did not have a stove or sink in the main room I feel every room should be equipped with those basics

Didn't like the office was closed so early 1 pm on a Friday. A lot of noise in the morning I don't know if it was from the cleaning cart or they were repairing a unit.
