The location was great - nestled near the mountain with only 15 minute's drive to the Ski resort. The staff was very friendly and kind - always ready to help with something. We were treated exceptionally well. Breakfast options were nice. Since it was one of the coldest night of the year, we were invited to stay in the lodge restaurant by the fire to keep warm. We played board games and had a great conversation with the manager.

The water from the faucets tasted gross, bring your own bottles or a filter.

The breakfast was way more than expected. Eggs were farm fresh, the wrapped breakfast links were really good and then the usual of bagels, cereal and breakfast bars etc. Location is ideal - away from all the noise of town but within driving distance to everything you could possibly want to do in this area. Really enjoyed the restaurant on this facility - the food was outstanding. We chose to eat there every night. The room was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water, pillows were comfortable, firm mattress yet comfortable

Beware you may or may not have cell service being in this mountainous area.

The service and breakfast were excellent. The eggs were purchased from a local farmer whose hens are free range. The manager prepared scrambled and boiled eggs daily. Sausage also available. Also served a special vegetable rice dish with scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit, orange and apple juice, milk, fresh coffee, hot water, were available all day long. Muffins and toast also in ample supply. The staff worked hard to please the customers. Parking was convenient. We were helped with our luggage. Nice experience. Great conversations. Manager exceeded expectations in all areas.

Location was great, only 8 minute drive to Gore Mountain.

Bed was very uncomfortable, there were only two pillows that were so flat we had to stuff the pillow cases with our jackets for some type of support, there wasn’t much to the bedding, it was very lightweight and which made it uncomfortable.

The lodge location was perfect for getting to and from Gore Mountain. This lodge has a restaurant and bar available onsite, which makes it easy to have a bit to eat. Our room was big enough to fit a family of three, with plenty of room for ski equipment.

Like most places in the US today, staff shortages cause service delays, everyone needs to be patient. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The room was spotless and warm in sub zero temperatures and the shower was hot. The check in was easy as can be. The breakfast was substantial and the dinner menu contained a few choices that were expertly prepared and reasonably priced. The owners, Cheryl and Howard, were friendly, helpful, available, and there was always a warm fire burning in the dining room. The restaurant and bar attracted local residents because of the warm atmosphere and good value. Saturday night karaoke was a HOOT!!! Great place for families and us seniors. Great bedding! Roku TV had great selection. Quiet rooms.

Really nothing; a great Adirondack experience. No complaints. Saturday night Wi-Fi appeared to be a bit challenged once all were back from skiing; but who’s working from “home” then??? 😳. It was Karaoke time!!

Breakfast was great. Dinner was also delicious. Bar was FUN! Close to gore. No fridge in room so pass on the dogebag. Very clean. Did I mention the bar was FUN?!? buy Dogecoin!!

No pool, blow dryer or fridge. But it didn’t matter. The place was close to the mtn. The prices at the bar were good. The people running the place were great. I’ll definitely be back. Do you ski/snowboard? If you said yes then this place works. I brought my wife and two little girls there and we all had fun!! Make sure you hit the bar for karaoke night 🎤 it’s family friendly.

very limited counter space in bathroom - restaurant was closed on Sunday night even though listed as open in “Bookings”.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. She helped us do our laundry and responded to all our requests. The room was big and very clean. The location was near the rafting we reserved for the following day. Breakfast was good.

There was no air condition in the room. There were no restaurants near by. we had to drive for a while to find a place to eat.
