The hotel is excellently located near I-87 and with excellent parking. Everyone working at the hotel was nice and the room was clean. As other reviews mention, the room (its furnishings, rug, wallpaper) are tired and likely need replacing... especially as there is some staining. However, it was very clean and safe and I would return without concern should I again need lodging in the area.

The room was not as dated as it was tired, with visible staining in some areas and simple obvious signs of all-too-deferred maintenance. It was very clean, quiet, and safe however.

The free breakfast was much better than I would normally find at an inexpensive motel. Large sit-down restaurant area, almost like an old diner, rather than just a few chairs in a lobby like other places. The rooms, even though they were the typical compact street-entrance motel room, were surprisingly clean and well maintained. The bed did NOT feel lumpy as I feared it would, having stayed at many hotels. My 8.0 rating reflects the category this motel is in -- relative to others of the same kind of property.

Some prior customers smoked in our room. But of course that's not the hotel's fault. Some people think the decor is outdated, and it is, but who cares really.

Breakfast was excellent and a good value, staff was very friendly and responsive, bed was large and very comfortable

It was chilly the weekend I visited and in room heating system not ready for season. Staff did respond promptly with a plug in heater which did work well but had to move it closer to bed without an outlet nearby and created a slight tripping hazard

room is clean and beds are comfortables. Great staff.

Breakfast is not good: only banana as fruit. There’s not a lot of option. Room looks old and needs serious upgrades

Breakfast sausage cold and not browned enough, with AC on not a thick enough comforter, went to show in lounge Saturday night paid $45.00 ( didn’t mind paying but is there a discount if you stay in hotel?), I did not know about lounge event from staff I just read the sign outside— Spanish Harlem Orchestra

Very close to highway which was a plus for traveling. The place was clean and comfortable. They offered a free buffet breakfast which was a bonus for the price. The staff was very kind when we arrived. However, my only complaint is that nobody ever answered the phone when calling in to confirm our reservation. It would automatically click and hang up every time. Weird. But overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are just great. They always help. And love that the lounge is right there we just have to walk across the parking lot.

Does need an update with furniture in restaurant. The cook he looks like he hates his job . They should have lunch and dinners that we can buy instead of us going out to other restaurants to eat.

For me, it is perfectly situated, I can see my family and take care of various errands in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, served by friendly staff. The 24h reception is very helpful for my late arrivals and early departures and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Obviously, it is more functional than cozy (but that's all I need).

Air/heat unit did not work in first room. But room was switched after notice to desk. Water cool first night, but warm shower in AM. Minor upkeep issues noticed. But overall good value.

The accommodations were just fine for what we needed! We were in town for a wedding and the rest of the party stayed elsewhere, paying much more than what we did!! The buffet breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Very close to the cute downtown area and other shopping. 10/10, would recommend.
