The staff was super cool and the accommodations were lovely. The food was great too. The hotel is in a great location near food and colleges we were visiting.

The noisy neighbors. We had to move to another room in the middle of the night and we were never compensated. The hotel needs to hire security to deal with unruly clients. The front desk did all that they could to help us. The next day the manager just offered us an apology.

I loved everything about this stay. Location was perfect; close to everything and off the main rd. Cleanliness was on point. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. I picked the top floor and they gave me the room next to the elevator but I heard nothing which was perfect. Had breakfast included with my stay and gotta say, we feasted (starbucks coffee included). Staff was excellent, specially my food server/barista, he was the best. Overall perfect stay!!!

It is conveniently located. It has a very nice Bistro. The person working on Sunday evening (January 19th) was exceptionally helpful.

There is a construction project going on. This made the lobby and bistro difficult to sit in while the work was going on. It would’ve been nice to know.

The staff was great, especially Scott. The hotel was conveniently located to Oneonta/SUNY and the grounds and room were very clean and well cared for.

The price for the room was higher than others in the area, but they were all booked. There was NO breakfast included and the Bistro was a little pricey, as were the sodas we bought.

Great location yet away from the hustle of the community. Cute pool and Jacuzzi were a nice surprise. The check in attendant let me chose the floor our room would be on. Very friendly check in. HUGE clean room with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful. Great room temp controls.

We didn't find anything to dislike.

When we checked in Scott was at the desk. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He asked us if there was anything we may need or if we needed help with location and places around the area. He knew we were in town for a funeral and he was very sincere. We would definitely go back.

There isn't a free breakfast.

Pool and hot tub. Large room. Frig and microwave east to walk to stores nearby ghjhvhhfghfcvhvvhcvvvbvvbccvcvvvvvvbcbbvvv bbffbvcbvcbvcbvcvb

At least coffee free downstairs brewed. Would have been nice to have music by the pool area. Hccvccbcvhfcbvbbcbvcbv vb vbb b. Bhgchcvvc

The food was exceptional !! The staff was so friendly & helpful. They really out did themselves. My son wanted something not on the breakfast menu, yet the staff prepared it for him.

Pool could be bigger.

My daughter said the Christmas trees outside. Lol It was very clean. Loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers.

We cannot think of anything. Maybe just a little pricey for my checking account. 😏

It was an Anniversary trip to Cooperstown. We found this hotel on line and it was everything we could have asked for!! Well done guys!
