The area leaves a lot to be desired, so walking from the underground through the local streets we were worried about our accommodation - especially after a long-haul flight with two young children. As we walked through the entrance we were greeted without delay, the room was very clean, with great showers, lots of towels lovely toiletries it was an absolute oasis. The beds were very comfy, but we did hear the aeroplanes nearby (expected from a hotel so close to the hotel). In the morning our shuttle was prompt, comfortable, quick and clean. I would be very happy to stay here again should I need to stay for LGA.

I highly recommend this hotel, the facilities are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent, I can certify that because I am a very picky cleanliness person. The highlight was the softness and support of the bed, it was perfect for action and rest afterwards. I will definitely be back!

I booked a shuttle service that never showed up and wasn’t notified that service was not available due to the time arrived.

Grab and Go breakfast was none existent - only coffee, juice etc. Also we were waiting for our ride in the breakfast area and were told we could not stay there and turned the lights out on us. we ended up going across the street to Dunkin Donuts. Also when I called for the shuttle from the airport they did not answer - I had to call back. And I had previously noted our late arrival when I booked and was sent a confirmation email.

It was very close to LGA and there was a food truck around the corner that was delicious for dinner. The free shuttle to LGA operated starting at 4am, which is what I needed. The staff was friendly and the place was generally clean.

The walls could be better sound proofed, but it wasn’t awful. And it’s not a fancy place, but good enough. I wish the grab and go breakfast started with the shuttle like the text I received said. But they start it later like the website says.

right next to the bus stop, so easy to get into Manhattan. Then free airport shuttle to LaGuardia! Staff is really nice, and very helpful. You can print your boarding pass in the lobby. Wifi was reliable.

nothing negative to say! very convenient. You do have to understand that the rooms are really small and it is right near the end of the LaGuardia runway. We knew that going in, and we'd stay there again.

The check in clerk was gracious and helpful. The morning sack breakfast was good, not great, but good. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

The coffee was horrible. The seats in the van were rather disgusting. A good steam clean would be a good idea. Muffin in the morning sack bag was dry. Butter pats would be a very nice touch.

On the outside it's a very unassuming hotel, and we thought "what have we done?" But the rooms are spacious, clean, and in general comfortable. For the price, it's a great choice, especially if you're flying later from LGA (and they have a shuttle). The connection to Manhattan isn't that bad either.

Room clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast room next door w ice and hot water for tea available 24/7. Nice! Shuttle was available w a call to bring us here when we arrived at LaGuardia which was helpful.

Room was pretty small but adequate. We had to leave 4 AM for JFK so missed breakfast opportunity.
