My stay at the Paris Hotel in Corona, NY., exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and looked out for my family's welfare. The staff was approachable and answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. Although parking was limited the hotel staff went the extra mile to direct us when a space became available. I felt safe at the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished and the flat-screen TV worked well. The staff takes pride in making sure the bathroom is sanitary. The ambience of the hotel was unique, creative, and professional. The lobby sitting area had good coffee and an available microwave and other amenities. This hotel deserves more than a three-star rating.

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Arriving in busy Queens can be frazzling to say the least, but the reservation desk relaxed us, found solutions to our problems, and checked us in quickly. The hotel is comfortable and so close to the US Open arena and other great spots. They were even able to help us with parking.

The hotel itself is quirky in appearance and needs a few capital improvements. Your first impressions can be offputting. The rooms were clean, but some of the systems (air conditioning) weren't brand new.

We only stayed one night but if I needed I would book again just to see what the next room looked like. The decor is wild. It doesn't have much to do with Paris either but honestly I love a unique experience. This hotel had the perfect location for a wedding. 10 minute walk to the venue. Room was clean and sanitized. Front desk was polite, prompt and forthcoming about the $50 security deposit, which we did get back.

The room was all marble tile, mirrors and sharp corners so I wouldn't recommend for small kids. (Might be kinda cold in the winter but just fine for summer.)

the location was great, it was near so many things and because it has a light up Eiffel tower on the top u can see it from wicked far away. on site parking was a life saver so many hotels in NY don’t have parking at all

I didn’t like that u can only get the jacuzzi rooms in person because I live in Rhode Island and I can’t just pop in to ask for a room I should be able to get online or at least over the phone if u are from out of state and that u can’t have visitors to ur room. like I understand they are trying to keep people from having parties and what not but I should be able to have a guest or 2 visit in my room if i so choose

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Loved the awesome eclectic decor throughout the hotel. Slippers and gold toothbrushes were a nice touch and came in handy! It's not modern, it's different, but that's what made it fun- it was like being at a hotel in another country!

No breakfast and no ice machine. The bathroom was kinda dark and could use more lighting. Traffic sound all night long was pretty loud.

It is dated, but everything was clean, I think in it's day it would have been a high end hotel, the floors are all marble and large carved dressers. Great place price is reasonable.

There are no restaurants close by, we found one about a mile away, 12.00 with Uber. They do not have any food or drinks on site and do not have coffee available. Located by highway so can be a little loud

This hotel was an oasis in the city. It had beautiful old world charm with marble and granite architecture. We felt like we had stepped into an exotic world with statues and decor from all parts of the world. The staff was very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Rooms and hotel was spotless clean and well maintained. Charming with great character and free safe parking.

Close to the tennis center. We can walk to it. Also has parking on the hotel premises.

Needs closets. Many drawers but no closet to hang anything. Room and bathrooms need to be clean. The sheets and towels were changed but it didn’t look like they cleaned.

The location was perfect for attending the US Open. An easy 15 minute walk.

They advertise a continental breakfast but it was a plate of munchkins and coffee. I would suggest providing something more substantial or not listing this at all. There were no restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

Convenience to LaGuardia

This is the strangest place I've ever stayed. It reminds me of pictures of old brothels. There are incongruous statues and art work everywhere. I really wanted to know the back story of this place. It was clean ,but so over the top. We didn't partake in breakfast and I admit I was quite happy to leave in the morning.
