We were not expecting much due to the reviews, but the room we requested, two queens and a king came with 2 bathrooms which is unheard of, and a decent kitchen. Even though it was a tad run down, everything was clean and comfortable, we personally dont care about a little wall paper pealing or carpet a bit stained, the bathrooms were clean and updated, the beds were super comfortable and the lines were clean and crisp. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was fine, same every day but at least it was something and the coffee was decent. We loved the big room and the location was perfect for us visiting family and able to get to many stores and restaurants easily.

Probably needs new carpet, re wall paper some areas - change up breakfast from sausage to bacon and different types of pastries and breads

The staff is incredible and very accommodating. The room size was good, to include a full size fridge and a gas range to cook. There are grills outside for guest use. I felt very comfortable and cozy during my stay. Breakfast options were plentiful, the coffee is amazing! Every cup of coffee is freshly brewed. The pool was very nice and everything was very clean. The location is very convenient and allows access to anywhere in WNY within 20 mins.

A pipe for the pool had burst and the pool was closed the last day of our stay, causing me to switch hotels as having pool accommodations is a must have for my family. There is a really nice (small but does the job!) basketball court, however the hotel does not provide basketballs. Same for the putt putt area- very cute and perfect for the younger kids however the hotel does not provide putters or balls. If you want to play either, you have to bring your own supplies. The website needs to be updated.

The size of the suite and Location

Another guest above me must of had a dog that just ran wild all night and all I could hear was the running, bumping and banging all night. I complained to front desk multiple times and they informed me that there was nothing that they could do about it because they didn't know what room exactly it was coming from because of they lay out which is completely B.S., They just didn't want to handle the problem. I would recommend trying to get a higher floor so you don't incur th8s problem

The breakfast was great, there were plenty of options. The attending lady was so sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk people were helpful as well. Overall a good stay, will definitely stay there again if we visit niagara falls again.

The pool could use updating, it was a bit smelly, idk if the room needed to be aired or the pipes were rusty. The pool towels were too small lol. I wish there was a playset or arcade for little kids.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I love having a full-size refrigerator with a freezer that actually works. Also, like the fact that it is dog friendly

I guess they knew I was a solo traveler, so only gave me one large towel. It was fine, and I’m sure they would not have given me a problem if I asked for another. I also wish weekend breakfast was a little earlier.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The woman at the concierge desk went out of her way to give me a comforter hot from the dryer. Thank you! (I need extra blankets because my husband likes the room very cold.) The room was nice and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room refrigerator chilled our soda quickly. It was just right for cold beverages on a hot day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

1. The 3rd party reservation apps indicate that check in is 3pm but when you arrive at the hotel, the concierge desk staff state check in is 4pm. That's misleading. That needs to be updated so the apps and the hotel are in sync. 2. Also, guests should be able to provide their hotel loyalty card number at check in even after they book through a 3rd party app. The customer is still staying at the hotel regardless of where it is booked. The customer should receive loyalty points for their stay. 3. We called the hotel the day before our stay and were informed the jacuzzi was open. We arrived the next day and it was closed. Huh? My husband was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Also, there was a strong mildew odor in the hall leading to the pool.

stay was for 3 people, we were given 2 towels and 1 washcloth. only had half a roll of toilet paper on the roll, and no extra in the room. had to go to desk and get towels and tp. asked for a trash bag, was told someone would get it for us, ended up buying my own and taking our trash to a dumpster. got a room with a Queen and a sofa bed. no sheets on the pullout.

Breakfast was standard for hotel visit. Pool was clean. Room was spacious for the family. Housekeeping didn't enter our room unless asked for freshen up. Front desk employees were fantastic to assist in any requests or concerns. Windows opened fully to let a nice breeze in the room when the weather was nice.

Stairway door slammed. Our room was next to said stairs and the door slamming shook the room each time.

Our kiddo loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The overall amenities available were pretty impressive although we only stayed one night as we were passing through. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly.

The furniture in the rooms was a little banged up aesthetically. One of the mattresses sank way down on the one side but luckily we had more beds than we needed already. Upon first arriving into the room I commented “it smells like stinky feet.” A few moments later, my husband discovered used socks behind one of the bedroom doors. Also, the next day when we were gathering our things to leave their was a HUGE centipede on the ceiling.

Breakfast was amazing with various options. The young black gentleman at the front desk that worked at night was very understanding of our unique booking situation. He helped also in offering supplies for the laundry and other amenities that I never knew were possible at a hotel. Additionally, they never charged for these supplies which I was surprised at when I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush from a white gentleman this time who worked late at night as well. Very close to stores and airport, great service and worth it for the price.

Nothing really, maybe a bit rundown kitchen and I think I spotted a roach but let's be real, roaches are everywhere.
