My family and I really loved the hospitality we received from the front desk staff. James and Elisha were 1st rate. They took care of our request from the beginning to the end of our stay.

The fluid stained chair in room 301! We had a family gathering in our room, and no one dared sit in “that chair” for fear of catching something. The loud knocking noise that comes from the air conditioning unit.

Great location. Wonderful front desk staff. Ample parking. Buffet breakfast delicious. Breakfast staff was awesome. Very clean hotel. Loved my room it was so spacious and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable. We loved the suite. We loved breakfast. It was quiet. The pool was beautiful. Love the warm fresh delicious cookie at check in. Tea selection was great

More gluten free breakfast options please and vegan options please.

Very clean, server at restaurant was super nice, but I cannot remember his name

The last night that we were there they had a 70th birthday party for someone in the lobby and it was a HUGE crowd of people and they were up super late so me and my girls did not sleep much for all the screaming, laughing, slamming room doors! That is definitely my only complaint! So much noise all night from the party.

Check in and out was a pleasant experience. Front desk staff was on point.

We saw several bugs in our room. Also,the housekeeping staff was in such a rush to clean the room, knocked once, and did not wait for a response and came in the room while I was dressing. Of course, she apologized for her mistake. Poor lighting in the room.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, beautiful decor, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location.

There needs to be some steps and safety rails to help you get in and out the paddle boats. I'm a little bigger than the typical female and I needed "HELP" in and out of the boat. I wanted to do it for my daughter, but it wasn't a good experience for me.

I picked the hotel for the late check out, as we weren’t meeting friends until 4pm that day. The lady at the front desk told me they didn’t offer that even thought it says online and I called before to verify. She told me that we couldn’t stay past 12pm.

The room was very clean. I loved that my room overlooked the lake. The front desk staff were all very kind. Lots of food options and a grocery store nearby

There was only one working elevator and only one working ice machine. The hotel has 7 floors so it was somewhat inconvenient.

Wonderful Hotel in a wonderful central location in Southern Durham. Only 10 minutes to RDU, 25 from Downtown Raleigh and close to Duke and UNC. I felt as if everything was very close. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless and immaculate. Great customer service and an overall great vibe. Every time I am in the Triangle, I am staying here for sure!

The remote in the living room wasn't working and nobody was able to get me a replacement. Honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.

Everyone was nice & helpful. From the food to meeting our needs..the atmosphere was great loved it.

Try a little harder in keeping the food hot . Also make a change in the hr's later; because be traveling from far & sometime.just miss that time frame..

I have stayed at this location several times and each time has been enjoyable. I appreciate great customer service and clean sheets. When I'm away from home I like to be comfortable, feel safe, and stress free. Double Tree offered all that and so much more. See you guys in July!!
