Great location!

The evening staff were most accommodating, helpful when asked questions and very knowledge in directing us to places to eat in the area. The facilities were well kept and our room was well appointed and clean…very impressive.

While the breakfast was tasty, the meats and eggs were over cooked and the accoutrements were limited. The breakfast staff were not the most warm and welcoming and the clean up of the tables was limited. More attention to this service would help to present the professional image we experienced when we checked in.

Hats off to the culinary staff. I enjoyed how tasty the breakfast items were, especially the eggs and grits. I rate the foods I ate an A+. Not to overlook the remaining staff, friendly and knowledgeable about Durham. One more thing, the landscaping behind, and alongside the hotel, and the pool, all made for a restful and enjoyable stay. This NCCU Eagle was very impressed.

That I had only booked for one night, but I'll be back.

The only healthy food was the oat milk and the boiled eggs, the scrambled eggs were too watery ….. I didn’t even try it by just seeing. By the way, the faucet off our room is broken….. the handle, it comes off, and please the extra pillows, (for the sofa bed) should be as good as the other ones.

Breakfast good, Mr. LA friendly, and the very new employee on August 20th at the breakfast room. my plate and food felt on the floor.... had to clean it by myself, asked for paper towel and didn't hear "don't worry sir, I'll take care of it..." the fridge at the room make noice, fan must be damage. there is a lick coming from toilet tank. we will be back for the next four years..... University.

That is was close to my family's apartment. That the stores were near by. Breakfast available in the morning. Housekeeping came to straighten up room immediately, while I took the dog out.

The bathroom door is difficult to lock. During the rain storms TV would fo out for a short time.

The studio that we booked was the same one we had 3 years ago! That studio has an absolute utopic feel, as my husband and I have continued to marvel over that studio!!! The views from the large windows, large separate rooms, LG flat-screen, even in the kitchen!!! THE BEST ACCOMMODATIONS, particularly for the price, I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! AVA WAS MAGNIFICENT!!! As an owner of a customer service company, I extended a job offer to her on the spot!!! She was so pleasant, built rapport and accommodating!!! We booked another night!!!

The property is in an excellent location with plenty of places to eat and a grocery store within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, rooms are spacious and clean.

I was greeted right away by a super friendly and helpful man upon my arrival. He answered all my questions and told me about a lot of things to do and eat in the area. The breakfast buffet was also done beautifully.

Everything was great. The hotel was a little pricey but very nice.
