We stayed here after evacuating our home in the mountains following Helene. The staff was really helpful and worked with us to extend our stay on a flexible basis. Our room was quiet and had enough of a kitchen that we could easily prepare breakfast. The windows open slightly (hard to find this!) and the AC was an interior wall unit - not the awful window unit style. Bonus is they have a destination charger for Tesla. We will stay here again!

Very comfortable, quiet. Having a suite rather than just a room made the stay much better. Good location between Chapel Hill and Durham.

Could have been more variety at breakfast. Skipped free breakfast most days because of lack of variety. Chairs in room too low to be comfortable working or eating at table.

Great location and easy to find, park, and check in. The rooms are huge, provide every convenience, and made our stay so comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t get to use the pool , but the set up was really nice and clean.

The room was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable.

The toilet is very low. I’m not sure how an elderly person would manage to get on and off. A bigger bath tub would be nice. The tap was leaking in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils hadn’t been washed properly.

Location was good. Staff was very pleasant and kind.

Lock on our bathroom door was broken. Staff was overworked with breakfast. Last day of our stay, they were put of plates and several other items needed restocked at breakfast.

In our room, ac was not work properly. It was barely cooling. I called Maintenance crew, they offer me to a new room, but I already unpacked. So, I don't wanna change the room.

The kitchen facilities equipped with what you need to cook, clean and eat with. Didn’t have to use them as much as we thought due to the lovely free breakfast and free manager reception supper! Plus, two tv’s one in the bedroom & one in the main room.

A large stain on the wood where the bathroom sink is located. To my knowledge only one elevator and a long walk to our room.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I got a good night's sleep every night. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The suite was very roomy and the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated being about to cook my own meals because I did not want to eat in restaurants during the pandemic.

I did not like dealing with Booking.com at all. They were extremely unhelpful about extending my stay by one day, and I ended up paying more for my room because of booking through them. Their website is deceptive--what looks like the hotel website routes you to Booking.com. I would urge anyone who wants to book at the Homewood Suites to call the hotel directly through their local North Carolina number, not a toll-free number. And ask whether you are taking to the hotel or a booking agency.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a separate sitting area, 2nd TV and full kitchenette. Complimentary Managers dinner from Mon to Wed was very nice and breakfast was good.

Everything was great. The pool was always clean. Amazing breakfast and staff. I can’t wait to stay again
