We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters 🙂 in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel serveral times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremy comfortable one.

This isn't so much a "dislike" as it is a "Well, this is different" type of critique. It was the first time I've ever had to leave the key card in the slot that controls the lights. Doing so turned on the main lights and the bedside lamp. Removing the key card turned them off. That was a different experience for sure. It was a good thing my husband had the experience before because he had to instruct me on what to do, which was fine. The only complaint, and really isn't a true complaint, I had to keep getting up to turn the main switch on if I wanted to use the bedside lamp. Other than that, everything was wonderful.🙂

The staff was friendly and courteous.

The room did not have enough lighting. My friend and I both wear glasses and it was too dim in the room. Also constantly having to put the key in the slot for light in the kitchenette area was annoying. We also hated the shower head . It was not as flexible as needed and was awkward. I understand the waterfall concept but this one was not good. Invest in some that have dual heads and consider patrons that are 6ft and taller.

Dinner selections were excellent. Decided to return rather than going out for the second night we were in Fayetteville because the food was so good. Appreciated the complimentary drinks. Bar tender and all other staff we encountered were the best. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Wish coffee had been available all day. 9:00AM when breakfast was over was a bit early for it to disappear for the day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The free made-to-order breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the early opening hours for the pool/spa area for an early morning swim before breakfast.

The lights in the room were very dim, even in the bathroom. Also, the room was rather warm despite setting the air conditioning as low as it would go (66).

Someone was opening the back door to let other people into the pool area. The hot tub, which is one of the reasons we chose this spot, was absolutely disgusting. There were 4 or 5 very young kids in it. There was a film of something floating on top of the water.

Great family room. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I really liked the separate bedroom from the living area. Employees were competent and friendly. Breakfast area was clean and had a good selection of food.

Breakfast buffet was really not up to par. If you were not an early bird in the buffet line; “they run out of items” such as pancakes,waffles, and even one day omelettes; and in addition the only meat Both days that were served was link sausage; not everyone is a fan of link sausage! On one morning, the coffee was removed prior to everyone being thru eating.

The facility is always clean including the outside. The breakfast is awesome, the pool was nice and warm.

I would’ve given the place a perfect score except you are required to eat your breakfast in the dining room, having a newborn I really didn’t want to be around a lot of people and I would’ve loved a 24 hour coffee station.

I had to leave a day earlier due to family emergency. Front desk told me I'd get a refund for day if I checked out at 11 a.m. I checked out at midnight. Received my final receipt from hotel for $300+. No one mentioned I'd be charged $500+ because I booked through Booking.com. Extremely disappointed that no one told me that when I called to discuss discrepancy, they pulled up my account & saw 3rd party booking. Why didn't they notice that during early checkout & advise me I'd be billed full amount. I've used Booking.com several times, but won't ever again.

The kitchen and restaurant staff was awesome.

I booked two rooms for my family: two adults and four children. The rooms were supposed to be adjoining. Only one room was available when we checked in. When I came back down to check into the second room I was placed on six floor when the first room we checked into was on the fourth floor. When I went down to have the room fixed, I was placed two doors down from the first room. The issue was that I requested an adjoining room: one room is a king one room is a double. If the staff told me that the adjoining room was a double as well. I would have taken that...because the point was to have an adjoining room. By the time I realized this error I was told the hotel was sold out but it was never given as an option.
